It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. The Gite is located 2 km from Dormans where you will have all amenities: train station, supermarket, pharmacy, medical house etc..., 28 km from Epernay (capital of Champagne) 20 km from Château-Thierry 43 km from Reims

The passage of the sorcerers near Disney

The cottage, located 35 minutes from Disney by car, is reminiscent of the world of a famous young wizard and that of a medieval castle. Moreover, elements of the decoration come from castles and ancient monasteries! The entrance houses a secret passage that allows access to the upper floors... Brooms can park in front of the cottage. An "almost bus" can pick up to 4 people at the SNCF train station, depending on the schedule. (Navigo pass ok) Shops are 800 m away.
