Caroline and Gilles are very warm and friendly hosts who were immediately available for questions. The listing is as described in the photos. It is a truly extraordinary, very large apartment. The living room (formerly the station hall) resembles a museum, Caroline and Gilles have collected old station utensils and pictures and exhibited them there. The house and garden are lovingly restored and designed, the two have invested a lot of work (and money) to turn the old train station into a wonderful accommodation. There is nothing missing in the kitchen. The centre of Le Bugue is about 1 km away, via the beautiful bike path "voie verte" it is 4 km. We really enjoyed the bike tours and our accommodation. I also enjoyed the personal contact and a little "chat" in the evening, so I could use my "rusty" French skills again. Thank you for everything!

Very nice apartment, nicely decorated. Very well located to enjoy the center of Périgueux with free parking nearby. Be careful with young children as there are plenty of decorations and plants accessible to their height, but that's what gives this apartment a crazy charm.

Perfect stay Friendly and available host, the description was totally accurate, it's new, it's beautiful. The only negative point if you want to be fussy is the double bed a little hair Otherwise the rest I recommend it with firm eyes

Wonderful holiday home in a great region. More sights in the immediate vicinity than you can see in 14 days as a family 😅 The house and garden are wonderfully quiet and beautifully laid out, everything you could need on holiday is available (kitchen fully equipped, lots of toys for garden/pool) and the large child-safe fenced pool is a dream! Small vegetable garden with fresh strawberries and cherries to pick yourself, those who come in summer can certainly look forward to salads, tomatoes and zucchini. Many thanks to Régine, it was great to discover this region of France, which was still completely unknown to us, from such a great location!

House with all the comforts and amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Terrace just for us overlooking the garden in the back of the house. the house stays cool despite the hot summer. i recommend it!
