A 15 km de POITIERS SUD gite de 65 m2 composé de : parking privatif, terrasse (salon de jardin), cuisine équipée (machine à laver), salle à manger-salon, grande salle d'eau, 2 WC. Grande chambre composée de deux espaces (adulte/enfant) séparés par un rideau occultant. Un 5eme couchage possible dans le salon (canapé lit) à 10€ par nuit. Des espaces extérieurs communs à disposition : jardin, barbecue, piscine (non chauffée) ouverte du 07/06/25 au 07/09/25. Pas de wifi. Animaux non admis.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located between Niort and Poitiers in a place called the countryside, 3 km from the shops and 10 minutes from the A10. Private parking available. Fitted and equipped kitchen. 1 bathroom with toilet and 1 toilet with sink. 1 ground floor bedroom with 140 bed 1 upstairs bedroom with 160 bed and 2-seater sofa bed. Baby equipment available on request. Linens and towels provided for stays of 2 nights or more.

La Maison du Bonheur – L'Intemporel

House in the process of home staging: some small works to be completed in the kitchen. I invite you to take a break from time, in this charming garden level. Another cottage, Le Sixties, is located in another part of the house. The entrance is common, but the 2 accommodations are totally independent. Parking for 1 car just in front of the house. I suggest breakfast delivery for an additional fee (€7.50/pers/day). In-person check-in, self check-in after 8 p.m.

The Kimandière of Maupertuis

In a green setting, and century-old oaks, we will be delighted to welcome you, for a moment of relaxation in the small house or under the adjoining courtyard, enjoying the pool (June 15 to September 30) or tennis. Beautiful stopover 25 minutes from the Futuroscope, an hour from the Valley of the Monkeys, La Rochelle and the Poitevin Marshes. For your comfort, the beds are made for your arrival. Towels can be provided upon request.

Cabin in the heart of nature

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

Our accommodation overlooks the river .... the hamlet is very quiet and the water calls for relaxation! It is possible to walk directly from the house along the Vienne through a path that leads to a small church on the banks of the river. Possibility of going to Chauvigny on foot or by bike (loans possible) by the paths Presence of a nice cat, a few hens and a rooster ;-) All-inclusive price (towels / sheets)

Accommodation located in a small peaceful village, ideal for relaxing. 8 km from CIVAUX, fully equipped, it awaits you for a night, a weekend or as a furnished tourist accommodation for a week or more. Municipal outdoor pool 800 m away for the summer period. Shops 4 km away in Lussac-Les-Châteaux. 10 min "Planète Crocodile", 45 km Futuroscope, 30 min "Vallée des Singes".

We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access.
