Simplify your life in this peaceful accommodation (in a quiet cul-de-sac, you are a 3-minute walk from a huge park and the path along the Sarthe with hiking and biking trails, a ferry allows you to cross it in the summer) and central (7 minutes' drive from the free parking of the ramparts of Le Mans and its city center, 3 minutes from the ring road serving the entire city of Le Mans, 7 minutes from the Le Mans ZI Nord highway exit and 15 minutes from the 24-hour circuit).

Welcome to Les Nuits de la Forête. Taste the tranquility and the change of scenery of a stay in a chalet with luxury comfort bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a refreshing experience. From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. Our apartment is located in a small residence, close to the city center, it offers the possibility to move around by public transport very easily. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy just a 2-minute walk away. The train station is 10 minutes away by tram. It is fully equipped and refurbished. Bright and spacious, opening onto balcony. The sofa opens up to a bed for 2 people.
