Monthly Rentals in Cotonou

I stayed at this place for over a month and would 100% recommend. The place is very small (it’s a studio) but very practical. The terrace was definitely a plus. The manager (Hospice) was very responsive to every and any concern. The neighbourhood felt very safe (I’m a young woman on a solo trip and this was very important to me). The cleaner who came once a week was very courteous and did a great job every time. Overall a great experience. For those who care, note that the studio is in the 4th floor (I didn’t mind at all because I love to exercise). There were some power outages during my stay but they didn’t last too long. I am currently staying at another one of Theo’s places, which is much bigger, and so far so great. Theo and his team truly know what they’re doing. I would definitely recommend!

It was a very nice experience; from the first contact to the end of the rental. Dem's Appart and its team were lovely. The apartment was better than I imagined. The photos do not do it justice. I highly recommend the tourist accommodation of Dem's Appart. They care about the well-being of travellers.
