Ce logement indépendant, classé en Meublés de Tourisme 2*, se situe dans le grand jardin arboré des propriétaires (couple charmant). Nous résidons dans le parc Santa Lucia, domaine résidentiel de St Raphael. Notre villa et cette petite maison sont dans un grand jardin, calme, à 2 pas de la mer (3 minutes à pied). Le cadre y est très agréable, reposant. Il n'y a pas de vis à vis. Tout est fait pour y passer un séjour 100% détente. Palmiers, tortues, chats, ombre, soleil, piscine ( à partager)...
