Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Costa Occidental

We enjoyed a very relaxing and easy 7 days at Marie's house. The place is stunning, even more so than the pictures, and the effort that has gone into maintaining it is evident. Marie was always responsive when we had any questions either about the house or the local area, and waited to meet us after our late night flight, so we wouldn't miss the turning for the house. Getting into Tavira is super easy, the only consideration is that the driveway of the house is long and very bumpy. You don't need a 4x4 or anything, but it was a bit of a surprise the first time we got there! Would very much recommend this place and the local area. Merci, Marie!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wunderbar – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Kommunikation mit Peter war hervorragend, er war jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns bei allen Fragen geholfen und tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Garten, der viel Privatsphäre bietet, sowie der Pool, der perfekt zur Abkühlung einlädt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! This place was amazing and Carmen was there to help us during the entire stay. Amazing heated pool and the beer machine was of great help.

Hemos pasado unos días muy a gusto en la casa de Ana. Los perros han estado encantados. Estaba todo muy limpio y la casa está muy cerca de la playa y de muchos sitios de interés. y Ana y su hermana encantadoras. 😀

An authentic stay in a very peaceful and secluded setting. Good value for money. Some things could do with updating in time (kitchen, utensils etc), but can't complain considering the very reasonable price. The pool was lovely and outdoor space was perfect. It was our first time in Portugal and we didn't mind travelling to beaches etc from the location as we were able to enjoy the rural countryside and quiet roads. If you like a peaceful, quiet retreat then this is a great place to stay.

Wir hatten einen super tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben – sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr schön mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick. Monika und Ralf sind super freundlich, unkompliziert und gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. :-)

Great place to stay if you like to golf and eat really good food at the hotel, nice and clean, have everything you need there.

We had a great stay at Casa Quadra Dique. The home is finished to a really high standard, in a very peaceful setting which was perfect for unwinding. The swimming pool was a real highlight as well as the picturesque sunrises. The hosts were very attentive and responsive, and gave us a list of recommendations for nearby restaurants etc. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!

Una casa preciosa, amplia y muy luminosa. Es aun mas bonita que en las fotos! Tiene todo lo necesario y mas para pasar unas semanas super agradables. El jardin y la barbacoa son inmejorables. Volveremos seguro!

Hemos estado bien en este alojamiento. Coincidía con la descripción. Tenía una piscina muy bonita y estaba bien equipado. Por decir algún inconveniente, la ubicación es algo retirada, pero si buscas tranquilidad este es tu sitio.

We loved our stay so much we decided to stay an extra night. The space is so beautifully designed and crafted! Denise was super helpful and lovely to communicate with. Absolutely recommend this for a peaceful retreat!

Muy buena ubicación, cerca del mercado, la estación de autobús y el centro. Cerca de tres parques infantiles. El piso es perfecto para una familia con niños. Jose es super atento y contesta cualquier duda al momento. Definitivamente, nos encantaría quedarnos aquí la próxima vez que volvamos a vuelva.

Wow! What an amazing place to stay! We couldn't believe how beautiful this place is. House, garden, pool, the view over the mountains and the quiteness where absolut fantastic. 25 minutes by car to Faro beach just by to the airport. We would definitely come back. Our little kids loved the place as well.

This place is a gem. First, it is spacious and well laid out. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 balconies (one quite large), a large living room, dining room and kitchen with its large kitchen table. Of course, the backyard is to die for. It has a pristine pool, lounge chairs, a sofa and an outdoor dining table. I spent a lot of time in that yard, and it was peaceful and tranquil. The kitchen is super well equipped, and one can make everything from a simple sandwich to a full blown meal there. How comfortable was this place? I found myself spending a lot of time next to the pool even though the beach is mere minutes from the house! it had everything I needed so I ended up spending a lot of time there, just chilling. The host and the manager were both super friendly and attentive. 5 stars all the way.

I loved this big flat in central Huelva! It's really spacious with two bedrooms and in a great spot right in the middle of town. You can walk to the supermarket easily which was super handy. The internet worked perfectly the whole time. The place has everything you need whether you're staying for a few days or longer. The kitchen is fully stocked and the whole apartment feels comfortable. Great location for exploring Huelva - would definitely stay here again!

Deze accommodatie raad ik ieder aan die rust, ruimte en mogelijkheden om te fietsen en te wandelen zoekt. Alles is brandschoon en ook een comfortabel bed wat voor ons wel wat groter had gemogen. Maar er stond zoveel tegenover dat het niet erg was. Heerlijk beddengoed, handdoeken en zeer luxe keuken! Fijne ruime badkamer. Buiten veel zit gelegenheid. Smart tv . , nespresso met cups, diepvries, ( belangrijk omdat de supermarkten wat verder weg zijn ) eerste basisvoorzieningen wat betreft water, melk thee, olie azijn en kruiden. Luxer kan het echt niet . kwaliteit/ prijs is zeer schappelijk! Ik geef Kate en Nigel een 10!

We enjoyed our 4 nights stay in the little house of Pollyanna in the center of Castro Marim. It’s really quiet but just a few minutes away from the beach and Avila Real de Sant Antonio where you can find everything you need (variety of super market and restaurants). Our kids did also Juno into the little pool which was perfect for a cool down when it is hot outside. All in all we can recommend it and would come back at any time

Ruhe und Natur pur, ideal mit Hund. Susanna war jederzeit gut erreichbar, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Bei Ankunft erwarteten uns eine nette Begrüßung, selbst gemachte Seife und eine Flasche Vino. Die Unterkunft selbst ist ein Traum! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La casa es muy acogedora, perfecta para mi familia. Los colchones eran muy cómodos, la limpieza estupenda, la llegada cómoda, con garaje, lo que se agradece. La casa es muy fresquita y no hizo falta aire acondicionado. El vecindario es tranquilo y tuvimos todas las comodidades. Las playas son fantásticas, merece la pena conocer. Muy recomendable.
