Waterfront holiday rentals in Costa Occidental

The apartment exceeds, for the better, my expectations, everything new and impeccable, complete kitchen, nothing is missing, it is true to what is advertised. Everything works perfectly and we had no problem of any kind. The area is very quiet, direct access to a beach without stress or haste, a paradise in Huelva. The gardens and pool are wonderful and have a lifeguard. In the area there is excellent restaurant and Fran the host helps you with a varied list. Everything was perfect 👌🏻

El Rompido is a very nice and quiet small fishing village. Taking a boat you cross the river and you come to a beautiful beach with miles to walk and practically empty. The place is fantastic. A spacious, beautifully decorated home with everything you could possibly need and unbeatable views. We really enjoyed our stay. We look forward to returning. Thank you Salud.

The apartment was fabulous! Very spacious , beautifully decorated and clean . It was very close to lots of restaurants and shops . The beautiful white sandy beach was a short ferry ride away and there were beach towels and umbrellas in the apartment to take with us . Olhao is an amazing place and I would definitely go back (and stay at Miguel’s apartment again ).

This is our 3rd time staying in this apartment . We love it ! Great host , great communication, great location . Just another perfect stay and we e already booked again for next year . Thank you xx

The host, Ann, was very nice. Good communication and informative. Good kitchen facilities. Washing machine for laundry and clothes line on terrace. Great sea views and amazing sunsets from the balcony. Great walks along the multiple boardwalks leading to beaches and the inlet where the fishing boats go to Isla Christina. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Had a wonderful week in Islantilla. Carlos is hospitable and easily accessible. We arrived a day later because the flight was canceled and on his own offered Carlos to share the cost for the not enjoyed night. Next, we had an issue with the electricity just before New Year's Eve, stopping before the kitchen unit were out. The same day, Carlos arranged an electrician, who fixed the issue. All in all and nice accommodation, certainly repeatable.

Everything is perfect! The apartment is as it appears in the photos and as explained in the description! The host is super attentive at all times and quite kind. Highly recommended!!

A very modern apartment with all the amenities you need. Angie and Chris were very responsive to questions. Check in was very well detailed and location is top notch. I will stay here again if ever I return to Faro.

Beautiful part of Portugal . The house is in easy walking distances of marina and restaurants etc Mini market 50yards ! And beautiful hotel casa amor next block . Would definitely return

Islantilla's house is very comfortable, clean and fresh. The owners are looking forward to all the time, facilitating the stay and giving suggestions. It's close to the beach, shopping, and dining. It is very nice to have breakfast on the terrace overlooking the garden and listening to the birds. The trees in the garden give good shade for most of the day.

It was a good experience, the house was cozy and the location was very good.

Perfect accommodation in El Rompido, the location is excellent, next to everything but at the same time very quiet. The upstairs terrace is ideal for enjoying at night, with direct views of the estuary and the Rompido arrow. The owner is attentive and the person who receives and shows the house is charming. Perfect also for golfers, the two courses of Rompido are ten minutes away and some of the best in Portugal are less than an hour away. Worth repeating.

Just wow! Rita met us to check us in and contacted us several times to make sure all was well. Any little issues were addressed right away, kindly and professionally. The little house was clean and cozy with great patio to enjoy a glass of wine with a view to the distant sea. We loved everything and Rita is wonderful!!!! Can’t recommend highly enough. Hope to return!

We had a fantastic stay at Ana’s place, such a peaceful & quiet place. In less than 2 minutes we were between the trees with our dogs. We had everything we needed in the house, clean & cosy.

Teresa is amazing - the place is terrific. Really well located yet quiet. I’m a quite tall so I am not always suitable for Portuguese homes, but the home is perfect in every way. Very quaint very clean and very comfortable.

Gorgeous time. Recommend to anyone. Would come back.

Quarterfeira is easy to find from the Airport, I hired a car and drove, it took about 35 mins. It is a touriust destination for sure but I was there in late May and the season was not fully underway so it was pretty quiet on the beaches and always a table in the local restaurants. The apartment is situated right at the end of the main promenade by a square which has a great little restaurant/bar on it. Turn right out of the door and you can walk into town which is full of markets, bars and so on, but turning left takes you down to the other beach, which is much less built up, no deck chairs and stuff like that, more natural. I preferred that side to the sunbeds and parasols side, but either way you have the choice. Mornings are beautiful, it gets hot in the afternoon and the A/C was perfect for that. The kitchen was great and I made a few meals. Getting in and out of Quarterfeira by car is super easy and I did a bit of driving around which I really enjoyed. Definitely a great stay!!!

Favorite of the stay, very clean apartment, a super nice terrace with ocean view. The beach is across the street, I highly recommend it

Located conveniently near the golf course, the property features a spacious terrace. Everything ok, with one notable exception: the lack of Wi-Fi connectivity.

The accommodation is just like the photos, spectacular. Ideal for a couple. Very easy and quick to communicate with Ana and Jesus, who recommended places to visit and restaurants in the area. We'll repeat.

Everything was great, the apartment was small but cozy and had everything you needed. We came by bus and the owner's partner picked us up by car so we didn't have to carry our suitcases. He left us some cocoa as a gift that smelled great and some beers. Carmen is very attentive and approachable.

Maura our host was really helpful and responded to all queries. She welcomed us at the arranged arrival time and talked us through everything we needed to know. The apartment was really lovely and spotlessly clean. Maura provided a list of recommendations such as places to visit and local restaurants and welcomed us with a selection of local produce. We would thoroughly recommend.

Had a lovely week in this house, location is probably the best in Tavera for resteraunts and ferry to the beach. Train station a 20 min walk which connects you to the whole of the Algarve. Probably the best equipped kitchen of any air bnb I have stayed in, you could cook and seat 20 if you wished. The roof terrace was a bonus for views, seating and chilling. We were two people staying so had a bedroom, bathroom and dressing room each, loads of great communal space as well. Mat’s was very attentive to our needs and gave some great recommendations for eating out. Nikita at the end of the road was amazing food and reasonable. Would recommend a stay here.
