Everything as promised and better! Our stay at this home was excellent from start to finish. Everything exactly matched the listing description: clean, well equipped, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and friendly at all times. The apartment was spotless on our arrival, with every thoughtful detail: from bed linen to kitchen utensils. Also, it was noticeable that they think about guest comfort. The best thing is that there were no unpleasant surprises, everything was just as we expected (or even better!), which is greatly appreciated when one travels. It was such a good experience that we would definitely book this place again in the future. 100% recommended!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming accommodation! One of the highlights was its proximity to the beach, which was just a short walk away. It was wonderful to spend our days soaking up the sun and enjoying the soothing sound of the waves. The place itself was incredibly cozy. I loved the inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the location was convenient, with the city just about 30 minutes away. This allowed me to enjoy both the tranquility of the beach and the vibrant city life without feeling too far from either. Communication with the hosts was also a breeze. Manuel was attentive and responsive, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Overall, this accommodation is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway near the beach, with the added bonus of easy access to busy city of Barcelona.

Very nice accommodation, located in the basement of the owner's accommodation, it is very quiet and ideally located. 1 minute from a children's park (2 to 12 years old), 5 minutes from the supermarket and 8 minutes from the train on foot. The R1 line of the train takes 25 minutes to get to the "Catalunya" station, the central square of Barcelona. The owner Nancy is very responsive by message and is friendly. The check-in instructions are clear. There are also all the centres of interest in the PDF given. 3 beds in 90 for the little ones and a kiiiiiinnnnnggsize bed for the parents. Angels and Alex welcome you with open arms, and are very helpful and think along with you. The apartment is very clean, all rooms. The amenities are fine! Kitchen with all the comforts. In the bathroom, you also have a washing machine, with essentials. The balcony overlooks a football field, which you won't be bothered by. Under the apartment is a butcher, vegetable shop and supermarket, the woman in the supermarket is very friendly! Opposite the apartment are 2 restaurants, where you can eat well and are helped in a friendly way. Bus and train is within walking distance and is easy to do. We had a nice holiday partly due to the hospitality of Angels and Alex, and would definitely book here again if we stay near Barcelona. All in all, this apartment is definitely recommended.
