Comfortable space for 6 in a condominium, located on the 30th floor of Las Torres Gemelas. One bedroom with a king-size bed and in the second a double bed; double sofa bed in the living room. A mini-split in each bedroom and the living room. Double balcony with beautiful ocean view, high speed internet, 75" 4k TVs in the living room, each bedroom with its own TV, kitchenette equipped with dishes, induction grill, capsule coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, refrigerator. Excellent location

Walk to Playa, overlooking the most beautiful bay in the world. Surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops and banks you can walk to. In the complex you can relax and enjoy pools, amenities (professional gym, jacuzzi, billiards, etc.) and access to the golden beach with calm waters. The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary for cooking, resting and working with WiFi. Only 10 mins. from the Diamante area and 20 mins. from the airport by the Macrotúnel.

We're reopening, and we look forward to seeing you! Enjoy our pool and private beach access. Perfect for vacations or home office! Balcony with an incredible view of the bay. WiFi in the apartment and common areas. Smart TV ready for Netflix, Prime Video, etc. Workspace in the room to read or work with your laptop/tablet. The apartment is in excellent condition. Although the condominium is being remodeled due to Hurricane Otis, everything is functional.
