The apartment has everything you need to be very comfortable, clean, it has apps like Disney on the TV, which is very useful if you have children, the air conditioning works very well, I just think that cutlery and a corkscrew are missing🙂. But everything was very good, the amenities were fantastic

Excellent in all aspects and as a courtesy she gave us toiletries that were great, she welcomed us with a pleasant surprise of delicious wine and we did not have to leave a deposit at the reception since she covered it and that was excellent, we were very happy and the host was in communication with us when we needed it, our travel expectations were exceeded and we would love to return, thank you for that hospitality to us without knowing us 🙏🏻

Excellent place to stay, it has a restaurant with very good food. In general, the place is very comfortable and well located, it met all the description mentioned, and above all the host was always attentive to us, even gave us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. I'll definitely stay with them again when I come back.

If you are looking for a quiet and clean place to rest, Miguel Angel's apartment is what you need, accessible, beautiful, good location in the Punta Diamante area next to the island, leaving the subdivision there is a Chedraui which helps you a lot if you want to cook something... the pools were very nice, clean and well maintained, the beach is a 10 minute walk but within the subdivision there are trolleys that take you there at no cost... We thank Miguel Angel for his attention and we hope to return soon, thank you very much for having us in your home, regards

The place is very complete, all the time there were carts that took you to the beach and it's a 2 min walk or 8 min walk. They have very established rules and even though there were a lot of people, we got palapa and beds everywhere. My children enjoyed the amenities that the residential has! The staff is super attentive.

The apartment is quite well equipped, and it has a very nice decoration. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay, plus it has an incredible view!! One of the best in the complex. The hosts respond super fast and are very attentive. The common areas are also in excellent condition and the staff's service is very good. We'll definitely be back to this place. The only point is that there is little flexibility for the time of entry and/or exit.

The apartment is super nice, a few meters from the beach, you just had to go down the stairs to have everything (pools and beach) a few meters away. The apartment is quite comfortable, it has everything so you can cook at ease, entertain yourself with the TV, board games. Good air conditioning, the facilities are super clean and there are several bars and restaurants within the complex to order.

Great location and very clean. The apartment is in perfect shape and the condo area is very nice. They have a very cool elevator. The only negative was that the WiFi was not working for us. We enjoyed our stay with Carlos. Highly recommended.

Our experience in this apartment in Acapulco was unforgettable; Gaby's service was unique, always attentive, kind and attentive to every detail so that everything was perfect. The house has an excellent view, and has everything you need in terms of equipment. We had an amazing time. The two people who help with both general issues and the kitchen have an excellent attitude and help you with everything.

The house is incredible, very nice and cared for, with excellent facilities and security, the cleaning lady is very friendly and cooperative, the place is very private, safe and with beautiful green areas, very close to the beach and restaurants, very spacious bedrooms.

The fractionation is beautiful and quiet, however the house is a little neglected, both in furniture and utensils. The blinds are full of mold, in the bathrooms there were cobwebs, the canceleria was dirty, one of the showers has no water pressure, in addition to having a pest of ants, especially in the kitchen. We were 6 people and the beds are 3 double, so without problems, however it is not recommended if more people go, since despite having inflatable mattresses and the sofa bed, with the pest of ants it would not be very comfortable. Also, there was a water leak in the kitchen sink, which we were already told they had already let them know before and they did not fix it. They should update the photos of the installations.

The stay is a great experience, if you are looking for a quiet place to spend a few days as a family it is an excellent place, everything is very clean and with everything mentioned, however it has a strict internal regulation, consider that it has hours to make noise and warnings in case of non-compliance.
