Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cosenza

Antonella's residence is equipped with all possible amenities and is a short walk from the sea. We found it in perfect condition and spent 8 days of true relaxation. A particularly positive dimension for a family with a small child. We felt right at home.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

The perfect location to be close to Tropea but also have privacy and peace. Luisa was very kind and was always available to answer our questions. The appartment was very clean and had everything we needed, the parking space was also very appreciated. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be in a peaceful space while also being close to the beaches.

We have enjoyed Maria's house. Anything you need is present and she takes the time for explanation. Beautiful sea views, the children enjoyed their "private" beach, characteristic Pizzo with nice restaurants (with a climb) within walking distance.

Simona, Valentina, and her adorable son are wonderful hosts! The apartment is situated in a great location for visiting Tropea, Pizzo, Capo Vaticano and more. We were greeted with smiles and joy just lovely all around. Simona left us Prosecco, fruits from her garden, coffee and more. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Exceptional value for your money ❤️ Thank you again for having us!

I can’t thank Pasquale enough for making our stay in Tropea superb. The location of the house could not get better, 5 min walk to the beach and 2 min walk to the city centre. Pasquale was extremely accommodating to our enquiries, always available for any questions we had. We will definitely come back. Thank you again for everything Pasquale.

It was a great location. The apartment was roomy and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to make a good meal. Markets and lots of shopping was within walking distance.

Pasquale is a very welcoming, very responsive host. He gave us lots of tips on sightseeing around his rental, including a very good ice cream shop😋. The location is great for accessing Pizzo, Tropea and Scilla. Quiet rental.

Lovely quiet place to relax, the apartment is 7 minutes walk from the sea. The sea is crystal clear, the beach is small pebbles, the water at the end of September is warm 25 degrees. I liked everything!

Hello ,I was with my family in August 2024 good experience quiet area near a nice beach campsite within walking distance About 50 meters away if you do not want to take the car. However, everything can be reached in a few minutes by car both for other free beaches and to reach places for breakfast, lunch or dinner, the village is nice if you want to turn there is a lot to see. This home was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we needed to escape the craziness of home. The views were unmatched, the apartment was pristine, the instruction booklet had everything we needed to be able to use all of the appliances, etc. that were in another language. We will definitely return!

The stay at Francesco's villa was simply fantastic! The apartment was not only beautifully decorated, but also sparkling clean. We were particularly impressed by the superbly equipped kitchen – perfect for ending the evening with a home-cooked meal on the balcony with this breathtaking view. The location is outstanding: with great views of the cap and in close proximity to beautiful beaches. It was the perfect mix of recreation, nature and comfort. Francesco was also a very attentive and helpful host. Absolutely recommend – we will definitely be back!

Graziella's home was beautiful and clean and it had everything i needed and more. Graziella was so kind and welcoming and she made sure i had everything i needed and even had breakfast items for me. She is truly a wonderful host. It was a perfect place to get away from the chaos of the bigger busier cities and relax in San Lucido beautiful quaint seaside town. There is a bus that comes through town a few times a day and the local tobacco shop sells train and bus tickets, but it only has one train. The adjacent towns are also very quaint and beautiful. There are a couple grocery stores and several shops in town that are very reasonably priced. People are warm and friendly and very helpful. The little town below can get lively and loud but the town shuts down very early. A car to see the beautiful surrounding area is definitely recommended. Paola has a few options but you will have to book in advance.

What a lovely studio! Even though you have to get the keys from Rachael (no self check in); nevertheless she’s very responsive and accommodative. I will definitely stay again when I return to the area.

New apartment in great location, pleasant hosts! Within 5 minutes via stairs on a Caribbean dream beach, deserted, at least in September. Great terrace with sea and stream Boli views, daily sunset. Supermarkets nearby, car required. Also to Pizzo you should only drive by car. Beach bars were already closed in September, everything was very peaceful and quiet. Great clean sea with high temperatures, beach unfortunately heavily plastic littered

Annina and Pietro were great hosts and very helpful. Their apartment is really nice and spacious. We stayed for only one night but could imagine to stay longer.

Had an amazing holiday. Great airbnb with such pretty views. Maurizio was always active on what's app if we ever needed help for parking/recommendations or anything! 10/10

Great apartment in beautiful Tropea. Good amenities and clean For 4 people, the size fits. With 6 people it gets quite tight. The beach and town are within walking distance. We, a family of 4, enjoyed our vacation very much. Antonio was not on site himself, but communication worked out great.

The owner was very kind and welcoming. The house was super clean, nothing was missing inside. Quiet area and a few meters from the sea. We had a great time.
