This is an 1890 house, with a train station theme. You'll enjoy the comfort of large spaces and plenty of seating everywhere. Enjoy a mini games table. Every seat in the living room has a clear view of a 65" TV. The dining room has a train station diner vibe, with a menu and vending signs. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes and a large refrigerator. Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms with room darkening curtains and soothing decor for restful nights. There's also an office.

Wonderful lake house! Clean sheets and beds are made!Kitchen is fully stocked with blender, gas grill, coffee pot, & dishwasher. Sleeping areas- 2 bedrooms on main level-each has a double bed, a loft w/double mattress(wooden ladder), downstairs a bedroom with bunk bed set and a futon. Excellent walk out swim area or jump off the dock with swim up ladder. Included firewood, use of kayaks. Great fishing. Come make great family vacation memories! SUNY Cortland is 8 and SU is 17 miles away.
