On the lower floor there is a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, a large living room with sofas, TV and dining table and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Shops, groceries, banks, pharmacies and restaurants are all within walking distance. During the summer you can take relaxing walks in the woods, a horseback ride or a bike ride. In the winter you can discover the beauty of the landscape by skiing on the long and beautiful cross-country slope of the nearby Padola, riding a horse-drawn carriage as they used to do or learning to tow sled dogs. Or have fun on the fabulous ski slopes of the Alta Val Comelico at 2000m above sea level that are part of the Dolomiti Superski Pass.

Mountain Chalet Ghilga

A luxurious Chalet, built in 1930 and completely restored in 2015, for the first time since its restoration, will be rented out for the 2015/2016 winter season. Its name, “Ghilga” comes from the Lilium Candidum flower, unique and precious as a lily. The Chalet is located in a slightly elevated position, with a wonderful view of the mountains surrounding it and of the town of Ortisei, on the valley’s sunny slope. The structure is 150m2 with refined fixtures such as: panoramic window, exposed antique wood ceiling beams, two double rooms - each with “en-suite” bath, and a cozy living area, with up to 6 beds.
