Monthly Rentals in Cortecito Beach

I would recommend Javier's place .It is exactly as described.Clean ,private and located close to the beach. Javier is a great and very attentive host! I had a very good time and next time I am back I would book Javier 's apartment again.

Lorenzo has prepared a YouTube video on how to access the apartment from the street, which was very helpful! He responded right away to our messages, and was very helpful. The apartment is spacious and clean, the building is very close to the ocean and has its own private beach area which is a real treat. It is very well situated, with restaurants and bars really close by, as well as 2 inviting pools. After booking the place, he did mention that there was some work being done. It turns out the whole building was being painted. The construction on the building is mostly finished, except for a few of the other units, so it was a bit messy and there was a layer of dust in some areas of the apartment, but that is beyond Lorenzo's control, and wasn't disruptive to our stay in any way. We enjoyed our time there, and would stay again.

A quiet place, comfortable, the facilities in good condition close to the beaches walking, excellent reception and coordination.

We had a wonderful stay there, our family felt very comfortable. Everything you need is available and the location is super central. We would definitely come back again.
