This lovingly restored boathouse will allow you to switch off from the modern world, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.

In the center of town and surrounded by nature, come and spend a stay with family or friends in the barn of Vallon d'Estivaux, in Corrèze. Completely renovated in 2024, warm, pretty and functional, it has everything you need to have a great time. Guests can also enjoy the swimming pool on sunny days. Entirely on one level, with an adapted bathroom and two generously sized bedrooms, we have designed our cottage to accommodate everyone, with its specificities.

The cottage is located on a plot of land comprising two houses (one of which I occupy) as shown in the last photo.

On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 min from Lake Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

This very atypical old house, a former 17th century stone mill as well as its small stream, will offer you calm, tranquility and serenity. Located a few strides from Lake Causse, at the crossroads of Corrèze, Dordogne and Lot, its location is ideal and will allow you to discover various tourist, cultural, sports or gastronomic sites: Sarlat, Rocamadour, Collonges-la-Rouge, the Lascaux caves, hiking, water activities.
