Surrounded by Provençal hills, this 75 m² cottage is dressed in stone and has a generous terrace on the perimeter opening onto an unobstructed landscape overlooking the village. A private pool, with a waterfall cascading from a "restanque" allows you to cool off. Compliant with disability regulations, this cottage and its surroundings are fully accessible. A nice 35 m² outbuilding for 2 people (possibility for 2 children in the sofa bed) in a large Mediterranean garden. We will welcome you to our quiet property, a 15-min walk from the charming village of Cotignac. We'll be happy to share our pool. Cotignac is a famous Provençal village, 1 hour from Aix and Marseille, the beaches of the Var coast or the Côte Bleue, and 30 minutes from the Verdon Gorge and its lakes. English spoken.
