This property is beautiful. It is 9 miles north of the airport. It is intimate and safe. We loved the beautiful pier and private beach. The interior of the property had everything that we needed. We were especially appreciative of how helpful Terri was in hosting us. Her attention to detail and attentiveness was amazing. Thank you again for the wonderful time!

We recently stayed at La Perla, a small vacation resort, and it was everything we hoped for and more. We stayed in Villa Emerald, which was both beautiful and peaceful—an ideal place to relax and unwind. The space was thoughtfully designed and felt like a private little sanctuary. What truly made our stay exceptional was the guest services manager, Star. She was absolutely amazing—sweet, attentive, and genuinely caring. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and went out of her way to ensure our experience was perfect. Her kindness and professionalism made a lasting impression. La Perla is a hidden gem, and thanks to people like Star, we can’t wait to come back!

This place was incredible—peaceful, private, and surrounded by nothing but beautiful ocean views and nature. From the moment we arrived, Terri and the team made everything seemless and easy. Our concierge helped plan out fun activities, our travel arrangements to the island, villa prestock, and was always available if we needed anything. The property itself is spotless and so well taken care of—you can tell they really care. We loved starting our mornings with coffee by the water and ending the day under the stars on the pier. The villa had everything we needed and more, and it felt like our own little beachfront paradise. We went kayaking, relaxed in hammocks, swam in the ocean, visited partner resorts, secret beach and just fully unplugged. It was the perfect mix of refined comfort and relaxed adventure. Great place to stay with family with kids for a vacation to Belize. The staff were super helpful in booking anything we needed, answering questions. The pool club near by is a great place to hang out, but it is pricey compared to other places on the island. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Abner was our driver and he was so nice with us. Our family enjoyed the house.

The Lovejoy is our favorite place to stay when in San Pedro. This is our 2nd stay and we couldn’t have been happier. We’ll be back next year!

Perfect Stay at Paradise Villas in Ambergris, Belize My stay at Paradise Villas in Ambergris, Belize was truly delightful. The location of the villas couldn't be better, with convenient walking distance to numerous amenities including grocery stores, a bakery, a hardware store, and several restaurants. This made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable. One of the highlights of our trip was diving with Chuck and Robbie's dive operation, which came highly recommended. The proximity of the dive center to Paradise Villas made it incredibly convenient for us to indulge in our underwater adventures. The staff at Paradise Villas were extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Additionally, the safety measures in place at the villas provided peace of mind throughout our stay. A particularly convenient feature was the cart parking inside the villa premises, allowing easy access to our unit right from the front

Exceeded my family and I expectation. Property was beautiful and well kept. Concierge staff was attentive and there were many near by amenities if we didn’t want to leave the area. Would 100% stay here again.

This place is really nice and the view from the home is fantastic. Scott is always responsive to any inquiries. This is out second time staying at Tres Banderas and we will check availability here first on our next trip to San Pedro.

Our group of 6 women had a wonderful time! The house has a great floor plan so we didn't feel that we were on top of each other. Everyone had their own bathrooms. We met regularly in the living area to convene before our day trips. The girls loved the rooftop bar and spent many nights there looking at the scenery. The quick boat trips were easy and if we needed to make a quick trip off the boat schedule, Deano was there for us. We also made several trips to the hotel pool to hang out, float and enjoy the scenery. We ate regularly at the Coconut Cafe that was a short walk. Since 3 of us had been to Belize before, they knew San Pedro so we spent a lot of time going back and forth for restaurants, shopping and excursions. I'd definitely book this house again! It was perfect for us!

The place is very beautiful and spacious. We felt safe and i enjoyed that they had someone on the property at all times. It is a ways from town so definitely worth renting a golf cart. The drive isn’t bad and there are plenty of places nearby to eat or go to the grocery. Pool is great however wish there was access directly to the beach. They also added a really great personal touch and decorated for my birthday. That was sweet.

If you are going to stay in or near Orange Walk and there's a large family, this is the place. Ten of us, all family members, met here. We hardly left the place. The pool, the huge rooms, playing chess, and cooking in the awesome kitchen. This place was awesome. I have been to many AirBnBs around the world and this one is high on my list. You might find the water pressure is low as that is in all or most of Belize. This place is a ten if you have the large family size like I do!

We stayed with 2 families for spring break, a total of 8 people including 4 kids under 10. The location was unbeatable and it had a beautiful pool right on the water. The host was responsive and helpful. We would definitely rent again if we come back to Belize. Our trip was Unbeliezeable!

Our family of 11 enjoyed our stay. It was a great sized house to accommodate our large group. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The only negative was that the mosquitos at dusk can be quite aggressive so bring bug spray.

My wife and our three kids stayed at Indigo for 9 nights. The place was fantastic. Our place had 3 bedrooms - each with their own bathroom and a fourth bathroom accessible for everyone. Having a full kitchen was fantastic and ours was stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans, etc. we needed to make most breakfasts and a few dinners. Ernest and Angel were extremely helpful with anything we needed from check-in to check-out including coordinating outings for our family with the local businesses. We loved this location because it was north of bustling San Pedro and right on the coast. There's a constant breeze which makes the temps, while warm, totally bearable. You can tell immediately as you get away from the coast the temps rise and the breeze dies down. There are a couple of small grocery stores and fruit/veggie shops within a short golf cart ride away and larger stores as you get closer to San Pedro. Highly recommend!

My friends and I had an amazing time at Casa lush. It was only three of us, but it felt like home. It was peaceful. It was calm. It was a beautiful experience. We will definitely be returning back to Casa lush. The staff communication was top-tier they dealt with all of my questions. All of my worries they dealt with it with professionalism and grace. Casa lush looks better than the pictures we were able to experience, luxury and calm and peace all in one stay. I highly recommend Casa lush. My friends and I even washed the towels and folded them. That’s how at Peace and at home we felt the high ceilings the wood floors, the wood beams the chefs the Massage Therapist everything was 1,000,000%.

We had a wonderful stay! After a terrible experience at another Airbnb, we booked this one last minute, and they accommodated us within a few hours. The host and staff were friendly, offering great recommendations. The location is about a 40-minute golf cart ride from town, but during the day, Secret Beach is lively and a great place to relax. We spent most of our days there before heading into town at night. Overall, we felt safe and at peace. Would recommend!

This is the upstairs unit- the main bedroom has a filtered view of the water. The back bedroom is connected to the bathroom. The kitchenette had everything we needed to cook breakfast. There is a drip coffee maker if you want to bring your own ground coffee. This place is a half block away from the K Mart (a small grocery store) with everything you could need- very convenient. I appreciated that Nelly provided transport to and from the water taxi. We really didn’t feel the need to rent a golf cart. The grounds of the complex are pretty, with lush vegetation. There are some lounge chairs in the shade facing the beach. Nelly provided plenty of beach towels. I’d recommend the place to friends

Comfortable and clean villa with easy check in plus great service and support from property mgmt. Nellie’s team was helpful with renting gold carts, recommendations for excursions and any assistance needed like transfers/ pick up. San Pedro and nearby caye caulker offers a unique vacation experience for the family. 10A was a solid home base.

Jorgie and Meri where absolutely amazing and so incredibly accommodating. hope to see them again. The view was breathtaking.

This place was beyond amazing along with all the people we interacted with upon arrival & during stay. Lots to do, fantastic food everywhere with top notch service. Forget the all inclusive resorts. Gin’s contacts can accommodate & assist with arranging any excursions you want to take/do!

Amazing! Mara Laguna is fantastic. Perfect distance to downtown and all of the bars (Wayo's is the best). Fun drive to Secret Beach. You are not doing San Pedro right without a golf cart, and the home has plenty of parking. Absolutely incredible.

Nellie's property was beautifully laid out on a small compound of space; I thought that many apartments would need more space but it was planned perfectly. Checking in was easy, and adding an extra day took no effort (though we did have to move to the apartment downstairs, no issue whatsoever). The apartments were cozy enough that we wanted to stay full time! Huge beds, spacious bathroom and even a 2nd floor balcony made it a home away from home. A supermarket was only 2 minute walk away, as well as cafes in either direction. There was a dedicated parking spot for. our golf cart rental, and although we didn't get to use the pool on the compound, we passed by it and can confirm that we should have dipped in at least once! We barely saw our neighbors, adding to the tranquility of the place. The ones we did see looked as happy and fulfilled as my girlfriend and I. I'm confident that on my next trip to San Pedro I'll be contacting Nellie once again, and maybe get an ocean view apt!
