Holiday rentals with a kayak in Corozal District

We just loved staying at Captain Robby's. A bit of a drive north of San Pedro, but the drive itself was fun and the secluded feel was very welcome after a couple of nights in town. The abundance of trees provided great shade and kept the place so much cooler even than just out by the road. He even took us and another couple out to the reef so we could snorkel for a short while. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Sari’s place was a wonderful fit for our family of four. The basic prestock was perfect. Miss Terri arranged our flights to Ambergris Caye, as well as met us at the airport to shuttle our bags to the Airbnb. The upgraded golf cart was a great suggestion due to the distance from town and the condition of the roads. Miss Terri also arranged for our two excursions: Caye Caulker catamaran sail and snorkeling, and the Mayan ruins and cave tubing. Both were amazing! Miss Terri gave great recommendations for restaurants and other places to explore on the island. We spent a day at Margaritaville and enjoyed that. Overall, recommend for a family or friends that want to be far out of San Pedro.

Everything was absolutely lovely - memories were made that will last a lifetime and we can’t wait to come back! The estate and villa are impeccably maintained! We had the most restful nights sleep we’ve ever had on holiday! The on-site team is world class! Terri, your personal concierge is a wealth of knowledge and goes above and beyond to help make your stay the best possible! Derrick is wonderfully helpful and works hard daily to maintain the beach and property. Karla, handles your daily housekeeping and is a sweetheart, a bright ray of smiley sunshine! Thank you Sari and team for making this one for the record books! The property is truly stunning a once in a life time place to experience and stay in we loved how it was out of town and private just for our family! We enjoyed exploring off the pier we saw so many rays sea turtles and Henry ( the eel that lives by the pier) it was so cool! We highly recommend staying here! Being on the north side of the island was so peaceful!

This was a perfect stay for our trip to Ambergris. We loved our hosts, Anna & Thomas. Also a special shout out to Daniella for also taking great care of us on the daily. We are leaving in a relaxed state of mind having had the most chill week. This special place is a little off the beaten path for those that are not looking for the busy San Pedro resort experience we were able to dive with white sands, which was arranged by our wonderful hosts. The snorkeling and diving was fantastic with their caring team. We felt like we had a private oasis for the week- just what we were looking for! Thank you!

We stayed at Sunset Caribe with Mariah for our wedding anniversary and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The condo offered breathtaking sunrise views over the water every morning and gave us unrestricted access to the pool, jacuzzi, and gym, making it easy to relax and enjoy our week. Before our arrival, Mariah provided an incredibly helpful guide with important information about San Pedro, including tips on navigating the island, currency, and a packing list that was perfect for first-time visitors. Her recommendations for food were spot on — every place she suggested was absolutely delicious! During our trip, one of our golf carts broke down and we couldn’t get through to the rental company. Thankfully, Mariah stepped in right away and got the issue resolved for us. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was stress-free. San Pedro is a true gem, and our cozy stay at Sunset Caribe made it even better. Mariah is an amazing host you can count on — Book her!

Incredible stay! It exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect. It was just about a 15 min golf cart ride to downtown but there were a few nice restaurants in walking distance. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was great to dip in the ocean from the dock. The concierge was sooo helpful with booking our transportation and activities! We especially loved the boat tour that picked us up from the dock. We would definitely stay again!

I hope to make it back here some day. It doesn’t disappoint.

Wow! It was beautiful! We enjoyed the pool and sitting on the deck and enjoying the gorgeous views. It was easy to get to the town of San Pedro and we were able to go north and find a few restaurants as well as explore. Marilyn, was exceptional and helped with everything we needed, she assisted with all of the amenities and had such compassion, she is truly amazing! We appreciated Corinna checking in on us as well! The tour boat that picked us up and took us around the island was fantastic! Would definitely love to stay again! Thank you!

All I can say is to book it! The location is right next to the pool area, quiet, and offers the most beautiful views!
