The villa was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 7 people and I would say it easily accommodates 10 people. The neighbourhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, perfect for a relaxed stay and we had access to their community club, primarily the swimming pool which was clean. On the other hand, it is about a 10–15 minute drive from the main touristic spots in Yas Island. Even though Uber/Careem is easy to order, but it is further away from the spots compared to other residential options. Overall, we had a lovely stay with plenty of room.

We had a lovely weekend stay with friends. The place was clean, tidy, and in a fantastic location—close to everything we needed. Communication was excellent; the hosts were quick to respond and very accommodating with any requests. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had an incredible stay at Moh’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything went smooth, Moh was really responsive, welcoming and respectful, and ensured our comfort. The space was impeccably clean, well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location is very calm and there is a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home. Small touches, like the coffee or tea always at the guest’s disposal is a very nice thought. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect, calm and safe stay— we will return there.

Khalfan's place was at the perfect location for those who are looking for activities in yas island. The villa was perfect for accommodating my family and I. Very clean, private and easy to check in and out with no hassle at all.

Myself and my family had the most amazing stay at Jerome’s Beach House. Everything was perfect from location to the Villa itself. The Villa has been finished to an immaculate standard and is in the perfect location for all travelers, especially those travelling with children. Private beach, pool and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Also overlooking the golf course with an incredible view of the sunset. Jerome is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Everything in the Villa was supplied and even things like coffee and enough water for our entire visit. Little touches which other hosts do not think of. I cannot recommend this highly enough. The best Airbnb I have had the pleasure to stay in.

Shehnazs' place was nice and clean and we had a pleasant experience. She was responsive and also was kind enough to accomodate us with a super early check-in.

It was great place to sleep, aircon wasn’t strong enough though. Cecilia an amazing host, everything was perfect. Place is very spacious.

The location of the appartment is very close to all the attractions of yas island, the groceries are easily available and the host is very friendly

Had some small confusion getting into the parking so I recommend that future guests park in the outside carpark first, enter the apartment which is easy and then you will find the parking garage barrier cards on the kitchen table. Apart from that, it's a great and very clean apartment with fantastic views, good amenities nearby. Will probably book it for my own friends and family visitors again now that we have settled at our new home on Reem Island. In short, go ahead and experience this studio... we felt very comfortable and relaxed during our stay.

We loved our stay at this apartment, it was cosy and clean and so close to everything Abu Dhabi has to offer. We visited the CBD, Saadiyat Island and Ferrari World with ease, and enjoyed walks along the marina (despite the UAE summer humidity!) The swing chair on the balcony was a favourite too. Would love to stay here again in future, and highly recommend!

I had a great stay! The place was very professional, clean, and well organized. The location is excellent and close to everything you might need. The building also has great facilities like a gym and a swimming pool, which made my stay even more enjoyable. What I appreciated the most was the level of attention during my stay. They even checked in on me to make sure everything was going well. This place will definitely be my go to option every time I visit Abu Dhabi!

Even though the apartment is a bit small, it is still very comfortable. Conveniently located just 20 minutes walking distance from Yas mall/Ferrari world/CLYMB. The host was very flexible with check-in and check out times which I appreciated greatly after a long redeye flight. very nice gym in the next building and a pool right outside.

very nice apartment for 4 people. could have done with a hoover or a proper full sweeping brush and pan location for us was excellent as our daughter lives very close. we asked for certain items that were promptly delivered

Very spacious and clean Airbnb with all the amenities. Well located across the street from the beach with plenty of walkable restaurants to choose from in the area. We rented bikes across the street and rode much of the Corniche. Reception and building staff were friendly. Host communicated well. Care should be taken in the tub as it is very slippery. The gym looked good and the pool was located in another building. We found the bed too firm but our host said that was something she could easily address if that were an issue for others in which case we would recommend this Airbnb to others.

This was my second stay at Eric's Airbnb in Abu Dhabi. My son was a student at NYUAD, and the location is conveniently close to the NYU campus. My sister had visited a year ago and also stayed here, and we both came for my son's graduation and were very happy to book this same place again. The apartment is clean, spacious and has everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable, and the couch is a comfortable sleeping area also. The view from the balcony is beautiful. It's very quiet and safe. We had access to restaurants and shops nearby, and we weren't far from the city. This time we had a car rental, but getting a taxi is also very accessible. We had a question about the Wifi password, and both Tate and Eric responded quickly and helped us resolve that. All of our communication with both Tate and Eric was incredibly helpful and responsive. If I return to the area, I'd love to stay here again. It was nice to know that this welcoming space would be waiting after a long flight!

Just spent the most relaxing weekend at AMY’s stunning condominium in Abu Dhabi and honestly, it’s the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in the UAE. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment is beautifully designed, spotless, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood ideal for anyone looking to unwind. What made the stay even more special was AMY herself. She’s an incredible host ,super friendly, thoughtful, and always checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. If you’re planning a calm weekend escape, this place is a hidden gem.
