The apartment is located in a farmhouse surrounded by hazelnut groves and vineyards, a few minutes' drive from the UNESCO destinations of Langhe and Monferrato and the villages of great wines: Barolo, Barbaresco and Moscato. Maestra Bice's house

It was the first elementary school in Monticello, the home of Maestra Bice, a house full of history. The house has 3 bedrooms with double bed and each its own private bathroom (whirlpool tub and whirlpool shower) and balconies with wonderful views of the Langhe and the Alps. The house includes a well equipped kitchen with the possibility to dine or have breakfast on the patio terrace. It is 9 km from Alba and 8 from Bra (no public transport), everything is close by car.
