Chez Charlie is a former vintner house (160 m2), located in a quiet village lying on the edge of a striking hillside 11 kilometres (just under 7.5 miles) away from Beaune. Placed on the ‘Route des grand Crues‘ of the Côte D’Or, Saint Romain is perfect for wine-lovers! The house has three bedrooms, a big sunny kitchen opening onto the garden. There is a living room on the top floor and two bathrooms. Day trips to nearby cultural sights can be combined with culinary tours or wine-tasting events

Authenticity of the preserved Burgundian dwelling: large room with fireplace, spacious mezzanine with TV area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with double sink and large shower. Quiet and rest assured. Parking in the yard. A private jacuzzi is available in an outbuilding to the cottage. Everything comes together for a pleasant time at the foot of the Château de la Rochepot.

Cormot cliff, lake for swimming, I provide sheets and towels, the price is 39 euros per person, 2 night minimum, I rent the house for 4 people minimum, if it's for 2 people I only rent the ground floor with sofa bed, pets accepted
