Please read the information below carefully so there is no confusion ! We have two double bedrooms that are a Jack and Jill setup, so the bathroom is in the middle and is shared by both bedrooms. You will be sharing.! ! ! Last shower 9pm. First shower 7.30am This helps to keep noise down. Breakfast 8- 9am Each suitable for two person only. 1 minute from Charles Fort. 3 km from town 7 minutes to Kinsale. by 🚗 car 30 minute walk. Don't complain about location. It's on a one-lane road in the Black Valley, ideal for hiking and bike riding in a peaceful, quiet, secluded location. It can be reached from Moll's Gap (3km), 17km from the Gap of Dunloe, 25km from Carrauntoohil, and 13km from Kenmare, the nearest town, where you'll find pubs and restaurants. It also adjoins Killarney Park and The Ring of Kerry. Breakfast includes a selection of homemade scones or bread, and other delights in a lovely conservatory with a stunning view of the Black Valley.

This bedroom includes a Queen size double bed and more as shown in the photographs. The Bathroom (with bath and shower) near the Bedroom is shared between the two guest rooms. A generous self-service breakfast in the large Dining Room is included. An extra bed can be added to the room for a third guest if needed. The house is child friendly and with a crib/cot if needed for an infant. There are private parking spaces (with an EV charger) and bus stops are within a short walking distance.

A 15 / 20 minute drive from Killarney on route to the famous Ring of Kerry in the middle of the Reeks District voted in the top 5 destinations to visit in the Rough Guide. 7 minutes to Killorglin the home of Puck Fair the oldest festival in Ireland. This cottage is set at the foot of the McGillycuddy Reeks with a view of Carrantuohill. Perfect for hiking, walking and cycling... The space sleeps 2 people. The heating is electric. The stove in not in use for burning fuel ....

Serene Studio Space

Studio apartment with en suite bathroom, electric shower ,kitchenette and all the essentials for a short stay. Centrally located comfortable, warm and bright apartment 20 minute walk from city center. The 206 bus service leaves every 15 minutes from the main road (200 meters from apartment)to the city centre. there is on street free parking .A continental breakfast is provided for guests consisting of tea,coffee ,selection cereals, breads and fresh fruit.

The wagon is a good place to escape to. Lie in bed in the morning, read your book, hear the birds sing, see the sun peeking over the mountain. On a fine evening, you can light a fire. You might see a fox, you might see a deer or a hare. One time I saw a red squirrel playing in the Oak tree. Bring your sketch pad, your journal, your knitting. This is a place to rest and recuperate. It’s also a good stop off for people walking the Beara Way.
