Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Umgebung von Nafplio zu erkunden. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Obwohl wir Timi nicht persönlich getroffen haben, hat er immer sofort auf Nachrichten regiert und alle Fragen sofort beantwortet, inklusive Restauranttipps. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Dimitros vermietet eine wundervolle Wohnung, die unsere Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen hat!! Die Ausstattung und das Styling lassen keine Wünsche offen. Super war auch die Tiefgarage! Die Kommunikation mit Dimitros und Eleni funktionierte reibungslos. Danke für diese wunderschönen Tage in Nafplio, auch dank Dimitros Wohnung!

This appartment was great to be at. The view is incredible. And the appartment is great if you’re going out a lot. It’s not an appartment where you can just relax for a couple days although the beach is good to stay at. The appartment was clean and tidy. We wished the bathroom was a bit bigger, but it wasn’t a big problem. In this time of the year there was quite a bit of wind which made that in the evening the temperature would go down quite fast and you could’t sit on the balcony without putting on some warme clothes. But overal great appartment if you want to visit all the beautiful places in the area and love a great view.

Rigtig dejligt sted, med søde værter! Beliggenheden var helt fantastisk og lejligheden var hyggelig. Vi var meget glade for at bo der og kommer gerne igen!

Vasili's place was great. Better than advertised. Great kitchen and bedroom and very close to downtown. Vasili was also super easy to get a hold of. He answered everything super quick.

Sophia and Dimitri are great people, so well organised and helpful. They gave me restaurant recommendations and Dimitri drove me from the train station pointing out useful places. Everything good that was said of the apartment is true. I was very relaxed and comfortable there. It is in a very good location on the first line to the beach, close to essential services like taxi station and many restaurants and supermarkets. Loutraki is a great location for exploring the Pelopennese. I saw Ancient Corinth, Mycenae, Nafplio, and the area beyond Loutraki Perachora.

Το διαμέρισμα ανταποκρινόταν πλήρως στην περιγραφή, ήταν σε εξαιρετική κατάσταση, πολύ καθαρό και βολικό, και ο Δημήτρης ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμος στην επικοινωνία. Πολύ ευχαριστημένος από τη διαμονή.

Argyroula und ihr Mann waren sehr herzliche Gastgeber - wir wurden proaktiv vom Hafen abgeholt und wieder zurückgebracht. Uns wurde, weil wir kein Auto hatten, sogar kostenlos Wasser mitgebracht, damit wir es nicht schleppen müssen. Die Wohnung liegt super und der Strand ist toll. Auch wenn das ein oder andere in die Jahre gekommen ist, war alles wichtige vorhanden und die Wohnung hat ihren Beschreibungen entsprochen.

Logement extraordinaire, face à la mer, énormément de charme, pratique, tout est bien pensé et les propriétaires sont juste charmants. Un havre de paix !

Περάσαμε υπέροχα το σπίτι άψογο ένιωθα σαν το σπίτι μου η Γεωργία πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική...πολύ κοντά σε όλα...η θέα απίστευτη...πηγαίναμε πάλι χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη...

Ηταν ακριβώς αυτό που ψάχναμε! Ο κύριος Θοδωρής εξυπηρετικός όπως πρπει να είναι κάποιος!

Εξαιρετική διαμονη, με το πόδι πρόσβαση σε οτιδήποτε. Αμεση και γρήγορη επικοινωνία με την ευγενικη και διακριτική κυρία Μαρία. Κατάλυμα που θα επιλέξουμε για την επόμενη διαμονή στην περιοχή!

Wir waren das zweite Mal in dieser Wohnung, weil wir uns bereits beim vorigen Aufenthalt hier sehr wohl gefühlt hatten. die Wohnung ist funktionell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen Blick aufs Meer. Janna ist eine sehr sympathische und umsichtige Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The family really go out of their way to make you comfortable, a very nice family. The apartment is really comfortable with amazing views and so relaxing. We will be highly recommending this property to our family and friends.

Θέλωντας να περάσουμε τρεις όμορφες μέρες στους Αγίους Θεοδώρους, επιλέξαμε το σπίτι του Ηρακλή. Πραγματικά μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι μεγάλοι και μικροί. Το σπίτι ήταν ευρύχωρο και καθαρό. Η μεγάλη βεράντα του με θέα την θάλασσα μας προσέφερε στιγμές χαλάρωσης. Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Ο Ηρακλής καθ'όλη την διάρκεια της διαμονής μας ήταν σε επικοινωνία μαζί μας για οτιδήποτε χρειαστούμε. Φιλικός και πολύ ευγενικός! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

בית מאוד גדול ומאובזר, מכונת כביסה שמאוד עזרה לנו, מיקום מצויין מאוד קרוב למרכז, חניה פרטית (ממש חשוב). נוף מדהים מהמרפסת, פרטיות, מיטה נוחה, ממש חוויה טובה ונעימה!

We were let down last minute by another property so booked this on very short notice. We were very happy with the outcome. The apartment was very clean and cool, so even in the heat of the day we did not feel the need to use the A/C except at night. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay, both a kettle and a coffee machine The pool area was lovely, clean and well kept and although we were sharing with a large group of other people, we were still able to find an area where we could be our own. We had come over to attend a wedding and the host was able to help us with taxi numbers and calls as the taxi driver was struggling to understand where to pick us up from. Taxis to town were reasonable, a car would be needed as there are no shops or restaurants nearby All in all a great experience from start to finish and would highly recommend

Once in a while, I have an Air BnB stay that I will NEVER forget. One where not only the space is memorable but the hosts unforgettable. I left feeling as if I’d stayed in luxury and made new special friends. The location was close enough to both beaches or the marina - just a very pretty 15-20 mins walk. The apartment was fabulous! Above and beyond what I expected. The bed and pillows super comfy and the lounge felt like home - not just functional like so many other Airbnbs. The artistic finishing touches made it distinctive. There is a shared entrance with a dinning area used by both apartments, however I never saw the other guests at all. The client was SUPER RESPONSIVE. I had read every previous review and could see every single comment had influenced the attention to details. For example, one review suggested curtains over a glass door and they were now provided. 5 star hotel facilities in private surrounding. Thank you so much guys! See you next year ;)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist fabelhaft gelegen mitten in den Bergen in einem Olivenhain. Der Pool hat die richtige Größe und man sieht das Meer von der Terrasse aus. Nafplio, Mykene und auch das Theater von Epidauros sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Karine und Sascha war immer schnell und unkompliziert.

Το κατάλυμα είναι σε πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία, μες στην φύση, την ησυχία και με αλογάκια παραδίπλα και πολύ κοντά στο Αίγιο με το αυτοκίνητο. Αγρόκτημα κανονικό, με όμορφη γενικά διαμόρφωση. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν κι αυτό όμορφο, άνετο και λειτουργικό και είχαμεκαι ωραία εξυπηρέτηση από τους οικοδεσπότες.

I'm in love with this place! I was lucky to find it! I would gladly do it again. The timing is perfect if you want to relax, it's very peaceful. In summer, it will be perfect to enjoy the sea and also the pool. I recommend it to everyone (:

We had an amazing experience,the place was just perfect, peaceful, incredible views, friendly locals, the local and near by beaches (15min drive) incredible , we did a night swim with the kids,the town is very safe and peaceful. the facilities we just perfect for us and the hostess !! wow, She was very friendly, attentive and accommodating ! The amenities were just fine for us. Felt right at home , really nice views and sunsets, peaceful. 1 small supermarket with really friendly staff. One large uphill, but 1st gear and we managed 4 people , 1 ltr car . Must hire a car to get there and get about . perfect place to unwind and avoid large tourist places. We had a great time and we managed to oversee any other comments And make the most out of it. thank you !!!

Helen & Yannis are great and will make you feel at home in Greece immediately! If you are interested, they can share many different tips, including on local food. Their kindness and availability are limitless and our daughters enjoyed it a lot. The house is pure luxury as it will have anything you can dream of when you want it, from baby equipments to toys in the pool:) It’s very close from Athens International Airport (1h30 by car) and from many uncrowded beaches. We strongly recommend, probably our best holidays ever!

Second visit for us, a large group of old school friends. Kokkino Kastro is perfect for us, as everyone has space to be apart, and spaces to come together. There is a wonderful huge pool with lots of loungers and umbrellas, surrounded by fig and pistachio trees, and views down to the sea. Easily walkable from Aegina Town. Andreas our host was very helpful and kind, and always contactable for any issues or questions. I thoroughly recommend Kokkino Kastro, it's a special place.
