Σχεδόν όλα όσα θα χρειαστείτε, όπως σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια, αρτοποιεία, φαρμακείο κ.λπ., βρίσκονται σε κοντινή απόσταση. Ένας δωρεάν δημοτικός χώρος στάθμευσης, ένας σταθμός ταξί και μια στάση λεωφορείου είναι πολύ κοντά (60-100 μ.).
