The apartment is surrounded by landscaped garden area featuring many flowers and trees and common facilities such as a fully equiped BBQ area and a swimming pool that you can relax all day long.

One of the three suites that have been designed in the villa's guest house, where there was a radical renovation in 2021. Each suite is 29 sqm, has a Coco-Mat designed sleeping system, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen area with dining area, and a private terrace overlooking the sea. My place is in a village near Saranda (approximately 5 minutes by car away). It is a quiet place and offers an amazing mountain view for people who don't prefer crowded places. Enough space and bedrooms, brand new kitchen and a beatiful garden with needed equipments for a barbeque. It is a perfect choice for those who want to go to the beach and also want to stay in a village.
