Xyla Beach Studio 1 belongs to a brand new complex of fully equipped houses just above Xyla beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Kea. The design of house follows the local architectural elements, while their construction combines minimalism with luxury. From the terrace you can access the shared pool of the complex as well as enjoy the marvelous sea view and the sunset. The house is located 15 minutes by car from the port through 4,5km of dirt road.

The house is located on the hill of the harbor of Kea and its access is only by stairs (approx. 60 steps). It is a traditional one, built 55sqm by stone in the early 1900s, renovated with care, so that it keeps its traditional character and the feeling of its old use. At the same time it provides all the comforts of a modern house and it is easy and relaxing to live in. The view and the quietness are the biggest advantages of it.

The maisonette of 27 sq.m. is located in one of the traditional courtyards of the settlement just 3 minutes walk from the port of Kea where there are many restaurants and cafes. Just 2km away is the cosmopolitan Vourkari where you can enjoy a meal or drink by the sea. The center of the island the traditional Ioulida is 8 km away and is ideal to admire the sunset. It's perfect for a couple or a company of friends.

Agelos: Beachfront relaxation as never experienced

A serene place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The property is split into two separate levels/villas. Guests have their fully private level, Agelos villa, complete with living area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms & toilet. They also have their own patio with sea view.
