Molino de Nicolao

This fabulous watermill stood empty and abandoned until it was recently fully restored and converted into a beautiful, comfortable home. Enjoy listening to the quiet rustling of the river while you drift off to sleep. The house sits on over a hectare of land and is extremely private, yet it has the convenience of being only a 2 minute drive to the local restaurant and a 5 minute drive the beaches and to the nearest village where you can find everything you need.

It is located in Cangas, one of the parishes of the municipality of Foz in A Mariña Lucense, a rural environment bathed by the Cantabrian, where you can spend a fantastic stay surrounded by nature and beautiful landscapes. 1 km from the beaches of Os Xuncos, Polas and Areoura. It borders the City of Burela where the Public Hospital of Mariña is located 5 km away and 8 km from downtown Foz.

If you're looking to truly disconnect, our rural houses are perhaps the best option to discover the so-called Mariña Lucense, in Barreiros (San Miguel), halfway between Foz and Ribadeo. Located on the same lane as La Longara beach and less than five minutes from Las Catedrales beach and other beaches that are perhaps less known but unique in Spain where you can enjoy very white sand and excellent weather without getting scorched!

It has a large fully-equipped kitchen, a large dining room for 12 people, and a laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, sink, and clothesline. To relax, there are 2 small living rooms, one with a 47-inch TV and ocean views. The other is interior and has a 50-inch TV. To rest, it has 4 large bedrooms, 3 of them with a 150*190 bed and another with 105*190 twins.
