A 400 year-old, beautifully restored stonemason's house in an idyllic Etruscan village, 7 miles from Susa & 1.5 miles from the train station, shops, bars and restaurants of Bussoleno. Surrounded by mountains, with views of Rocciamelone (3,585m), the house is intimate, private and quiet - sat by the medieval fountain and 17th century church (the bells of which no longer ring!). The village is 25 mins from skiing in Bardonecchia and 35 mins from Sestriere. Turin is 40 mins by train and car.

The “ Ratin “ ( which means " little mouse" in the local dialect ) is a hosting structure in the town of Susa ( Turin ). It is a private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom . The bedroom and bathroom are part of the owners’ house but completely indipendent from it. The bedroom , with a mansard roof , can accomodate up to four people. Bed linen and towels are provided. Brand new attic of about 85 square meters. Very bright with large windows and a terrace for exclusive use with mountain views of about 25 sqm. It has a large living area with kitchen, air conditioning, breakfast island, sofa bed (double). A large bedroom with air conditioning (with the possibility of an additional single bed) with direct access to the terrace and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Here you will find all the basic cooking necessities.
