Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Casa Rocca

We offer our house in Alleghe. It is located right in the center on the old village square. Bakery, supermarket, butcher, sports shops are just a few steps away. The lift station and lake are 2 to 3 minutes by foot. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also parking right in front of the house. The location of the house is an ideal starting point for hiking and biking in summer and skiing in winter. Short distances to all activities.
