We offer our house in Alleghe. It is located right in the center on the old village square. Bakery, supermarket, butcher, sports shops are just a few steps away. The lift station and lake are 2 to 3 minutes by foot. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also parking right in front of the house. The location of the house is an ideal starting point for hiking and biking in summer and skiing in winter. Short distances to all activities.

It consists of a large double bedroom with a third bed, 2 bathrooms, a living area with a kitchen, a dining table and a sofa bed for 2 people, 2 small balconies, one overlooking the lake and one overlooking Monte Civetta. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, microwave oven, wifi internet, flat-screen TV, and kettle.

Apartment in the center of Alleghe with a small fenced garden. Private parking spot. The location is strategic, from which you can walk to the slopes of the Ski Civetta ski area. The apartment is independent and welcoming. The spaces are comfortable and warm. We look forward to seeing you! The municipality of Alleghe requires the payment on site of a tourist tax of €1 per night per person from 13 years of age.
