A swimming pool is available from June to the end of August with a view of the vineyards. Access is through the garage door next to the apartment, you can enjoy walks, a barbecue is available and then have a drink in peace. Closed courtyard for your vehicle. Come and discover the charm of Burgundy. Located in the heart of Pommard and its vineyard, Le Petit Métayer is a comfortable studio for two people, a quiet and relaxing place. It is located on the first floor of an old building. In the center of Pommard, the old stones and narrow streets of this Burgundian village give it all its charm. The village has several shops. Free parking in the church square with charging stations for electric cars.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

Small quiet house (Guesthouse), completely renovated, overlooking a private courtyard with terrace, barbecue and relaxation area, inside equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower, king size bed (180 x 200) all air-conditioned. For more comfort you will find on your arrival the basic necessities (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.) and a bed already prepared, as well as the toiletries, towels.

I would have great pleasure to welcome you to my house, located in a large wooded garden which you can enjoy at your leisure. You will be only a few minutes from the renowned villages of the Burgundy vineyard, Chassage, Meursault, Pommard, Beaune and just as close to several greenways (canal du center, bicycle-route). You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.

It is the old bread oven of the village, very close to destruction, we renovated it by giving it back all its splendor.
