We rent our family home, located in the quiet and residential environment of the prestigious Marine de Davia, near Ile Rousse and Calvi. The house offers a panoramic sea view facing the sunset and is located 150 meters from the beach. In the Marine, two other beaches and tennis courts are within walking distance. Renovated in 2023, our house offers 5 bedrooms for about 10 beds, and a pleasant outdoor with a heated pool (from April until mid October).

As soon as you open the door, the sea view is amazing. Located on the beach, the 60 m² house and its 50 m² terrace allow you to enjoy the view in complete privacy, all just a few steps from the crystal clear sea. Renovated to hotel standards with king-size beds, private bathrooms, outdoor shower, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and dishwasher, the house combines comfort and conviviality a stone's throw from nature, and close to the shops of the Port.

Located between Calvi and Ile Rousse, in the municipality of Lumio, the Marine de Sant Ambroggio is a little slice of paradise, with a pretty sandy beach and a small marina. My apartment was fully renovated in 2021, I did it to my liking, prioritizing comfort for my hosts and myself, because I also stay there regularly! It is located Quartier E piazze, on the first and top floor, sea view, with a 10 m2 terrace.

Come and enjoy the tranquility and location of Davia's Navy thanks to this dependency below the main residence. Guests will enjoy a private terrace with sea views offering direct access to the beach less than 100m away, as well as an outdoor shower. The outbuilding has an open kitchen, a living room , a separate bedroom area with new bedding as well as a sofa bed in the living room.
