I had a great stay! The place was very clean, and check-in was super easy with clear instructions provided ahead of time. The space was both spacious and cozy, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host was very responsive, always quick to reply to any questions, and overall just a pleasure to interact with. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The backyard was fun for the kids. The beds were comfortable and had nice linens. There was lots of space for our family. The bathrooms were nicely renovated. This house was nice but I would not describe it as luxury. I felt the pictures on the listing looked more luxurious than reality. I should have done more research, but this house is in a very average neighbourhood. If you are looking for a touristy luxury community vibe this wouldn’t be the stay for you. The property manager was very friendly and super responsive.

This was a last minute booking after the hotel we picked picked out wasn’t going to work for us, and we are so happy we found this place, very relaxing backyard, beautiful design inside the house, the kitchen had everything you need to cook , would definitely recommend

I’ve been using Airbnb for years. I have to say this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Also the host was very nice easy instructions. Wanted to extend for an extra day gave me a good rate. This is definitely one of my favourite locations and host I’ve dealt with. I will be booking with Xavier again anytime I’m in Miami

Igor was very helpful- we made a mistake on our end and invited some friends over Igor was curious of who they were and had a very friendly conversation with him-- just make sure to communicate with them if you have additional guests coming over to hang out. they are amazing and are wonderful at communicating! 10/10 Airbnb and would highly recommend it they aren't a management company, they run this solo so they really do a good job with service, communication and keep the property looking amazing, compared to some management companies running it

This house was beautiful! The backyard scenery was so peaceful. Even though, It was a private neighborhood it still was easy to find and check-in was a breeze. The Host communicated effectively. Although, we stayed after check-out time we had no problem paying the extra $250.00 fee for late check-out. I would most definitely rent this home again. Amazing Home!

After checking into our original nine day booking at a different property, it got cancelled because they had no running water. We needed to make a last second reservation. Luckily this was available, and we ended up enjoying it even more! A 30 second walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, and clean spacious home made it one we will try to book again next time we’re in the area.

We had a nice time at Motty's place. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. Bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Great surroundings, restaurants, stores. We enjoyed our stay.

I had an absolutely impeccable stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The location was ideal, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The backyard was breathtaking—spacious with plenty of seating, and the pool was absolutely amazing. The gardening was gorgeous, adding a beautiful touch to the entire space. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was spotless, was beautifully decorated, completely renovated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.. The outdoor space was clean and peaceful. Absolutely love the hammock and the pool was wonderful. They thought of everything for an outdoor space. Loved the huge basket with plenty of beach towels for the outside. Danny was very thoughtful to let us know in advance if he could go by the house. They were putting in brand new dining room chairs. The kitchen was extremely organized with labels for everything. He was also very responsive with our feedback to replace some kitchen utensils, and pots that had seen their expiry date. It made cooking a little difficult, but we plowed through. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! We had about 8-10 people in the home for a long weekend and there was more than enough space for everyone. The home was absolutely beautiful—clean, stylish, and comfortable in every way. The host's communication was outstanding—quick, clear, and super helpful throughout the entire process. We felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again! You won’t regret staying here.

We love this house in the middle of the island, the lush green neighborhood makes it really relaxing, and the house itself is cozy and super functional. The fully equipped kitchen and heated and beautifully lighted pool is our favorite. Mid April in Miami is already very warm, but the heated pool makes it even more pleasant to jump in even during night time and windy days. We would definitely come back!

I would highly recommend booking here! Matt is an absolute gem of a host and was super responsive, helpful, and accommodating! The property itself is beautiful and has everything you could want for your pool/beach vacation! The space was clean, welcoming, and you felt right at home. We had absolutely zero issues and truly loved our stay. Our group trip all loved the house and location and want to plan another trip back! Thank you Matt and team!

This house is all that and more! The incredibly kind host, Pascal, met up with our group to walk through the amenities in the house, and even welcomed us with a bottle of bubbly. The house looks exactly like what the pictures look like, and is close to really great restaurants and The Citadel. 5 stars all around - highly recommend!!

We had a great time in this house. Everything was close and accommodation was comfortable and welcoming!

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect getaway for your next couples trip or baecation. About a 10 minute drive from the beach and super close to grocery, restaurants, gas etc. It is a “shared” space but it felt very private and we never saw the other guest. The place was beautiful, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The host was very friendly, and answered very quickly to any questions we had. The ONLY issue, which is not the hosts problem, was the peacocks. They are so loud and obnoxious in the early morning. If you are a light sleeper, be prepared to have an early morning wake up call. Other than that, we would definitely stay again.

Great house in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Close to Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Would definitely stay again! An open layout concept that was great for a large group! The family really enjoyed the pool!

Pari’s house was beautiful! The backyard was absolutely our favorite part! I stayed with my family and we enjoyed the pool, the games and the little swing set. We would definitely stay here again!
