Maximum occupancy is 2 Adults or 1 Adult and one child. The condo is new renovated in 2018 (new furniture, new kitchen, new TV) State of the art equipment : cable LCD TV, PlayStation 4; Apple TV ; Microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator; water kettle, Brita water filter, Keurig coffee machine & Filter caffee machine, Amazon tv with Netflix; first aid kit, fire extinguisher Our condo is ground floor, only 20 ft to the swimming pool. In addition, you'll be able to watch the sun set across bell channel from the back door. You'll be able to make your own meals in our fully furnished kitchen, or go into Port Lucaya or Taino Resort as options for meals. Pool Access Shared Access to Laundry The condos at Obera Beach are in one of the most peaceful and serene settings in Freeport. You will enjoy the quietness of the area, or you'll be able to go to Port Lucaya for nightlife and activities only a 10 minute boat ride from the flamingo bay hotel, which is only two minutes away from the condo.

The Seahorse Studio cottage is bright and spacious with a full kitchen, full bath, full-sized bed, dining and sitting areas. It's located right by the bay with gorgeous views. This is one of five units on the property, with a shared pool, lush garden, and free kayaks and paddle boards for guests to enjoy. We're a 5-minute walk to Taino Beach and centrally located near restaurants and activities. Dockage is available. It’s a short walk to a stunning beach through a magical wooded path.
