Apartment with an excellent location, quickly accessible from Route 5 and close to various sights such as cafes and restaurants. It has ocean view, well equipped, clean linens and in excellent condition. In general it is a comfortable and cozy apartment that allows you to enjoy a few days of rest in the city of La Serena.

Juan carlos helped us with pickup and dropoff from airport. If we had taken an Uber we may not have access to enter the apartment gates. We happily tipped him for the generous offer as that’s the right thing to do. Our flight got delayed and he had to go back & wait for us again. Nice stay and brilliant views. We left early in the morning and amenities were comfortable. Ubereats delivers to this place.

Carlos is a very thoughtful host, the communication is very friendly and the responses are always timely. He was also very flexible about checkout, resolving an issue at the last minute. The apartment is impeccable. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and access to the pool is available even in the late season. The only detail is the noise of the street that during the time we used the apartment was quite noticeable for those who sleep lightly. Anyway, highly recommended apartment!
