Forest Yurt has all of the spirit of an off-grid forest yurt, in a quiet Anchorage neighborhood, 5 mins from airport. This 16' partial off-grid unit is wood stove heated (cut wood included), or guests can use a space heater. Comfortable full bed. Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. Sleeps 4 with 2 twin beds in loft & 1 in queen in main living area. This Waterfront Cabin offers magnificent views of Cook Inlet, Twin Glaciers, Mt. Redoubt, Mt. Iliamna, Mt. Augustine, and Mt. Spurr, (all 4 are active volcanoes) The Waterfront Cabin has an abundance of wildlife including Moose, Eagles, Beluga whales (seasonal), an occasional Bear and more. There is Large yard, picnic table and fire-pit to share. The Waterfront Cabin is ten minutes from downtown Kenai and the Kenai River.

Salmon Landing- Kenai Riverside

Enjoy the magic of the upper Kenai River on your own acre of land on the rivers edge. In your own private cabin, indulge in the beauty of the river life surrounded by towering mountains, Bald Eagles, Sockeye and Silver Salmon, Rainbow Trout, the occasional bear, moose and mountain goat, and the commonly seen rafts and drift boats floating by. In this area, you will enjoy fishing, kayaking, drifting, hiking, mountain biking, or just relaxing enjoying the view by an indoor or outdoor fire.

We are not your average getaway. Hidden in the rainforest canopy, spend the afternoon grilling on the porch while watching the eagles fly to and from their nest above the yurt. When your ready to wind down listen to the owls hoot around the fire ring while watching the sunset from exit glacier. A labor of love as my first home, I hope you get a slice of the serenity that comes with unplugging in this magical spot. If you’re lucky you’ll wake up to a moose or two in the pond.

Spruce Bear Cabin

Discover the charm and comfort of Spruce Bear Cabin, a newly built, custom-designed getaway completed in May 2025 by its owners, Marques and Teal. The cabin features unique finishes throughout, including wood trim milled from trees found right on the property. Set on 10 private acres just outside Moose Pass, the cabin offers mountain views from every window. Keep an eye out for black bears and mountain goats, often seen roaming the surrounding mountainside during the summer.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled on 16.7 acres of Alaskan land with access to a private lake. The perfect place to relax after a long day of adventure. (Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy.

A Cedar Suite

Kick back in this peaceful, adorable, cedar, private home. Relax on the roomy deck and watch for local wildlife. Head out back and roast a hot dog over the fire pit. There is a large bedroom with a very comfy Alaska King bed. Walk the quiet roads and see the beautiful mountains in all directions. Located just 4 miles outside of the town of Seward you will have access to nature as well as the local town amenities.
