Perched on the edge of the Sunshine Coast h overlooking the ocean from Mt Coolum to north Caloundra, you are surrounded by rolling hills and 166 acres of lush green pastures where fullblood wagyu cattle are farmed. Architecturally designed to capture sea breezes all year round, enjoy a spacious Retreat with 360 degree views, where nights are always cool at this altitude. It is nestled on a 30 acre property and so close to the Coast's attractions - Coolum Beach (8 mins), Noosa Heads (20mins) and Eumundi (12 mins). We do welcome your dog and can even accommodate your horse by prior arrangement.

Just three streets from Coolum’s patrolled beach, you can swim, surf, or stroll the dog-friendly sand. Cafés and shops are close, so no car needed. This stay is about slowing down, not logging on. We’ve got the fastest internet available, but our bush location means it’s slow at best – the perfect excuse to unplug.

One bedroom guest suite with aircon, located close to the very best Coolum has to offer. Walking distance to main beach as well as the most beautiful bays. Shops, great cafe's and restaurants are 2 minute drive. Noosa is 30 minutes. Private entry with small yard and secure off street parking. WIFI and netflix.The bed is king sized and comfortable. The kitchenette has bar fridge, kettle and toaster. Only organic and eco-friendly cleaning products used.
