Lake house holiday rentals in Coolum Beach

Our stay at Pelican waters was just what we needed, from inside to outside As we wanted to enjoy each other's company and not go out there was enough for us to do together with in the house from enjoying the spa and pool and able to use the kayaks. The Kitchen was a dream we had few cooks in there and all able to sit around the island bench at the same time with a little light under it... The games provided where also a hit with us especially the free standing connect 4 We had amazing stay and we would recommend you to stay here Big Thank You Mandy and Steph

Most enjoyable stay at Andrew and Danne’s beach house over Easter. Travelled with 3 adult children and their spouses so 8 adults in total and a 4 month old baby and a happy chihuahua. Plenty of space to stretch out over the property, never felt cramped, lots to do including fishing on the pontoon (caught 2 bream and a crab!), swimming in the pool and spa, reading by the pool while others played board games or watching a movie. The beach was a comfortable 15 minute stroll away and the shops a short drive. The house was very comfortable and clean. We created many memories together in the beach house, we would recommend staying in this home. Thank you Andrew and Danne for a hassle free trip and opening your home to us to enjoy. Thank you .

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend booking this property. The location is perfect- a beautiful view of the lake and Twin Waters resort, and the beach is just a short walk away. Plus it’s close to restaurants and shops. Michelle, the host was easy to liaise with - friendly, prompt and very accommodating of our needs. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely townhouse on quiet canal. Accurately presented in photos. Comfortable beds and living areas. Good fast communications and directions. Garage probably only suitable for smaller cars. Would happily recommend.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Simon's place. It was incredibly relaxing, the outdoor area was comfortable, and with spectacular views especially of the lagoon at sunset. All the rooms were comfy and spacious and the kitchen was more than ideal. Would love to stay there again, and so would our toddler who loved seeing all the birds and the occasional brush turkey or roo!

This apartment is in the most idyllic place on the river with a platform outside that you can fish from (fishing rods are provided). The apartment itself is bright and spacious and was very well equipped with everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. Welcome Ready were excellent hosts with good communication prior to arrival and once there. Apartment is located close to a few bars and restaurants with a supermarket 5 minutes away. Well located for short drives along the Sunshine coast with Noosa highly recommended for a day out. Overall we had a wonderful four nights and would highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay! The house was even better than we expected. It was super comfortable and well described. It was absolutely perfect! 10/10. Loved our time there!

Lauren’s place was an oasis with the outdoor area and pool utilized every day. Bonus was a queen size bed in each of the 4 bedrooms, no arguments about who has to take the single beds. The house is really well set up and appointed. Being able to watch the Aus Open Tennis on the big TV was a hit with the family. I would recommend Lauren’s Place, it is 5 star in my book.

A lovely home for a big family stay. Appreciate the space and help from Holiday Mooloolaba. Clean enough, everything you need, great to have the spaces and pool for everyone. Speedy and easy checkin / checkout and reliable help when the gas went out.

A fantastic stay in Noosa. A pristinely clean house, very well maintained with everything we needed for a long stay. Tina is a great host, very friendly with great communication and she made sure we were comfortable from the start. She made us and our dogs feel very welcome. The house and pool are very private, set in a peaceful neighbourhood in an excellent location. We’d certainly recommend Tina’s place and perhaps we’ll get the chance to stay there again.

Every little detail was thought of, from the beautiful design touches to the thoughtful amenities that made our stay so easy and comfortable. Our kids were in absolute heaven—the toy selection kept them entertained for hours, and the pool was the ultimate highlight! It made for the perfect family holiday, and seeing our kids so happy made it even more special. Cassandra, you were an incredible host—so warm, so responsive, and so helpful from start to finish. Kathy was a wonderful host who paid attention to all the details in the house to make my daughter and I feel welcome and at home. Kathy also responded immediately to any queries and was very helpful. The house itself matched the description perfectly and was so comfortable, well equipped and homely. We had such a lovely stay. The nearby area has great restaurants and amenities all within walking distance and the beach is close by. Would highly recommend this listing to anyone staying in the area.

good place for a Family vacation. Fans werent as fast as expected , can be hot and humid , Aircons in top rooms would be amamzing

Although a little dated and equipped for someone elderly it was perfect for us. Off start parking (enough for 3 cars and shaded) was good. The best feature for us was the outside dining area and the lovely pool, most welcome after a day on the beach. Had we have had our son and daughter in law to stay it would have been difficult with only one toilet(no lock) and one bathroom. Well stocked with toiletries, kitchen essentials (ie. Foil, cling film). A peaceful, well positioned holiday home.

The waterfront view from the property was amazing! We had a relaxing week at the property - beautiful weather, making the most of the sun loungers by the pool and the undercover sofas and dining table. My husband and son love fishing - so they spent most of their time on the private jetty (the spare fishing rod and crab pot at the house were a bonus!). We had plans to use the kayaks provided - but in the end the sauna and relaxation won! Amanda was a great host - quick and easy to communicate with, generously allowing us early access to the property and lots of special touches (like Easter eggs in the bedrooms and a bottle of wine in the fridge). We would be back in a heartbeat!

You have put such beauty and style into each area and space. We were delighted with the bamboo forest cave that creaked with the wind. We loved the patio dripping with grape vines. The fattest chooks in Queensland were such entertainment for Archie and Benjii. Janey gave us both a brilliant massage in your Shala- which was Devine. Whilst we did not see the rainforest waterfall running due to the once ever drought-we hope you had the rain that followed the days after. We had a wonderful family holiday at Cassie’s lovely home. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and was so clean and organised. We spent a lot of time outside in the pool and enjoying the outdoor area. Added bonus was the basketball hoop at the front that my boys loved. The beach, cafes, and restaurants where within walking distance or a short drive. Cassie was lovely to deal with and was quick with her communication. I highly recommend Cassie’s place and we will definitely keep in mind for our next family holiday.

The place was well positioned yet still private from the busy bustle of Noosa. We really enjoyed the outdoor entertainment area that gave that extra space to unwind. Ideal for a family of 4. Host was great!
