3 Bedroom with views over Kirra!

We are SO close to The beach, the airport, parks, the city centre. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). Restaurants, cafes, bars, in both Kirra and Coolangatta all within 1-2 minute walk to either side. The beach is literally at the bottom of the stairs/walk way ramp. Across the street is the Community Cultural centre with the famous Kirra Hill look out/bbq area, & yoga classes etc. We also have SMART TV & a Garage space for 1 car :) .

Coolangatta is a coastal suburb at the Southern edge of Queensland’s Gold Coast, right on the border with New South Wales. Less than a two-hour drive from Brisbane and 40 minutes from the famous Surfers Paradise, Coolangatta is recognised worldwide for its laid-back beaches and surfing hotspots. It’s home to Greenmount Beach, the site of the oldest surf club in Queensland, and Snapper Rocks — the starting point of the Superbank, a surfing bank formed to create ideal surfing conditions. It’s no wonder many of Australia’s biggest surfing competitions take place here.

From Coolangatta, there’s a spectacular walking trail that wraps around Greenmount Hill connecting Greenmount Beach to Rainbow Bay. From there, you can head up the hill to Point Danger, where you can put one foot down in Queensland and the other in New South Wales.
