Your 2 room place is independent at one end of my home. It is in a peaceful culdesac only mins from beautiful Kirra and Coolangatta beaches. A hideaway with solar heated pool, ample car space, canal views and west facing afternoon sunsets. Shops and restaurants nearby. A new kitchenette and washing machine is also included… as is a microwave, wok, toaster, and kettle. I also provide breakfast cereal, tea/coffee , milk, bread and spreads. There’s an IGA and Scales (fish and chips) nearby too.

Mr Penny's is the ultimate beach flat. Two minute walk from Kirra beach. You will feel like a true Coolangatta local from a bygone era. This cozy little flat was created to enjoy the simpler things and escape the day to day. It is an old building that we have lovingly updated, so there are a few little quirks. But don’t worry, we have high speed Wifi. You will not need the car, with cafes, beaches, multiple surf clubs and everything else you could need a walk away.

A short ten minute walk through a park to stunning beaches and Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary on the glorious Gold Coast. A homely and totally private villa, with keyless entry, attached to the side of a house.
