On approximately 50 m2 and 2 levels, the house includes: Ground floor: living room/kitchen with direct access to the terrace, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms (double beds 140) and toilet. <!>Pets accepted, avoiding leaving them alone if possible (in an unknown place). Ski resorts 50 minutes max.

Logement récemment rénové dans une ancienne ferme savoyarde au 1er étage avec cuisine équipée, séjour adjacent avec canapé et TV (+ wifi). Coin nuit sur mezzanine (160 en lits jumeaux), salle de bain avec douche et lave-linge. WC indépendant. Non-fumeur. Parking devant la maison. Studio non adapté à la présence d'animaux. Nombreuses activités outdoor et sites à visiter dans un rayon de 15 min à 1 h ou plus !

Large cozy 1 bedroom with us

Our T1 bis is located above our garage, attached to our house. The entrance is independent, without vis-à-vis, with a parking space available. We are in Cruseilles, a small town with all amenities, halfway between Annecy (20 minutes) and Geneva (20-30 minutes) and 5 minutes from the highway entrance allowing you to easily crisscross the Savoie territory. In case of 2 guests sleeping in 2 separate beds, I ask for a surcharge on the stay of 10€.
