The host was from the very beginning extremely solicitous. Very flexible with check-in and check-out and this helped us a lot, given that we were in a championship in the city. The ap was pristine clean and is very cozy. I would definitely indicate and would be more often if it came back in count.

This is the second time I've stayed at Ana's apartment and there will probably be many more. My son is passionate about Atletico Mineiro, so whenever I have the opportunity, we will be in Belo Horizonte again and I always hope to find this apartment available. Ana is super helpful, her space is super cozy and well-equipped. I was there in May 2024, May 2025 and I intend to celebrate my son's birthday every year at the Arena Mrv. See you soon!

I needed to change the number of guests and, promptly, they provided an extra room to accommodate everyone in comfort. Communication was easy and hospitality made all the difference. The apartment is very spacious with bedrooms and bathrooms as shown in the photos. Excellent location, close to everything and you can walk to Patio Savassi, for example. Frederico was a great host and answered questions promptly. I and my family feel at home

Wonderful environment...access to the market in the same block...shopping mall nearby...super polite neighbours...I'd come back tomorrow if necessary.

The Studio is excellent, everything is new and tasteful. The social, work and leisure spaces are perfect. Check-in was flexible and the building is very safe and beautiful.
