Very well equipped, it has everything it describes and more, super comfortable and beautiful, and not to mention Hugo's hospitality, always attentive to making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Attentive from the moment of entry, he helped us with some recommendations of places and was concerned at all times for our comfort. It is certainly an accommodation that I would recommend. Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

Fantastic stay in Palermo - apartment is full of character with spectacularly high ceilings and equipped with everything we needed. Location is excellent and would definitely stay again. Neil made check in and check out a breeze. Highly recommend.

Loved the place. We spent almost two months in this Airbnb. The apartment is simply one of the best Airbnbs you can get in Buenos Aires. The location is perfect, the area is very safe, and walking distance to centro, Puerto madero and many local spots. The apartment is very spacious (way more than what it looks in the pictures). The host was very kind and friendly but also we had all the privacy we wanted. Thanks Pablo!

The perfect place, clean, well located for walking around the San Telmo area with lots to see and visit. The views of the City are a Luxury. Laura was very attentive, and gave us nice recommendations. Everything was perfect 💯

The stay in Agustin's apartment was what I expected, super comfortable and safe. The view from the room and balcony are beautiful, especially at night! Super ameno!

It is exactly like in photos and description. House, sheets etc were clean, check-in was flexible and easy. Hot indoor pool is pretty relaxing. Recommended.

If you want to be in great location where everything is within walking distance then book this place! There is food, theater, ice cream shopping and the off and on bus close by. It is also close to the AEP airport. The best thing about this place is the location. It was also clean. It is an older building, so make sure you bring an adaptor for your plugs and chargers. Juan and Eduardo were responsive and nice. Again, great location.

A neighborhood full of art and history, we were very satisfied with the stay, there was ease of getting around by bus and on foot.

I really liked the apartment! Big, bright, comfortable! There is everything you need! Grisel showed us everything, where and what is, the location is super! This is the heart of San Telmo! I really liked it! Lots of board games for children, we played chess every evening! We will definitely come back!
