Loft holiday rentals in Connecticut

The place was absolutely great! I would easily recommend this place to stay. Although it is close to downtown it was really peaceful and calm.

Absolutely beautiful little upper studio. The host thought of everything that a traveler would possibly need to make themselves feel comfortable. The owners (a sweet older couple) are very kind and accommodating, as well as knowledgeable about the amenities of the area and able to answer any questions you may have. We will definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

We loved our stay! It was one of the coolest Airbnb stays our family has enjoyed. Lots of art and ambiance while also being very comfortable with all the amenities you could need. It is an open space (the bedroom walls don’t extend all the way to the ceiling), which didn’t bother us at all but something to be aware of. Thank you Pam!

Great stay! The loft looked even better in person than in the photos. Cozy and very well furnished. Remy was a great host and was quick to answer any questions/concerns I had during my stay.

This was a wonderful stay for my sons and me as we toured U Conn, just down the street. I wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed all the farm has to offer. Our hosts were lovely.

No showers amenities. Same day reservation took 3-4 hours to receive check-in instructions. Incorrect door code to access the space (host had to provide 3-4 different lock combos because her housekeeper changed it and didn’t communicate it). Not enough towels. Not enough toilet paper. You can heat everyone walking and talking in the hallways. I was approved a late check out of 12noon. Host did not communicate to the house keeper and I was woken up by several knocks at 10:30am.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa at the spa! The home is modern, beautifully designed, and absolutely spotless. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, from the stylish decor to the welcoming touches—like the snacks the hosts kindly left for us. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and recharge. It truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. The hosts were responsive, generous, and clearly take great pride in creating a top-notch guest experience.

I booked the stay at the last minute, and Jonathan was incredibly kind and quick to respond, which I truly appreciated. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. His place is absolutely lovely.... quiet, safe, and spotless. Everything was so clean and fresh, and I especially loved the soft, pleasant scent in the room. It gave such a cozy and relaxing feeling. The view from the room was beautiful and peaceful—one of those little details that makes a big difference. I honestly wish we had more time to enjoy everything the space had to offer, but we were only in New Haven briefly for a friend’s wedding. The bed was incredibly comfortable—so much so that I fell asleep right away and woke up feeling completely rested. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the quiet atmosphere, made our short stay feel truly special. Thank you, Jonathan, for going above and beyond and making this a wonderful experience!

I had a wonderful stay at David’s Airbnb. As a young woman, safety was a top priority for me, and I’m happy to say that both David and his place felt extra safe and welcoming. :) The room was incredibly cozy, and his adorable cats were a delightful bonus—I loved having those furry little visitors! David was a great host, attentive and kind—a wonderful host and human. Highly recommended!
