Our beautiful cabin sits in Clarksville on 6 private acres, close to major ATV and snowmobile trails, as well as the Hurlburt Nature Conservancy Area. We are minutes from Lake Francis and the Connecticut Lakes in NH's northernmost town, Pittsburg. While by no means primitive, our cabin is simple and rustic, and...in the woods. You may be visited by rabbits and coyote, or even a moose or deer grazing early in the morning. You may have the occasional cobweb, fly, swollen door, or sticky evening.

Back Lake Waterfront - ATV/Snowmobile Trail Access

The location of this charming and private cabin is perfect for your Pittsburg getaway. Located on a short dead end road you will immediately absorb the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful lake front scenery with just under 100' of frontage. This cabin has both ATV and snowmobile access without the need to trailer from the property. The boat launch is conveniently located 1/8 of a mile away and the local beach is a short paddle across the lake using the provided canoe and kayaks.

Ideal for snowmobile enthusiasts, a federated trail passes directly on our estate and gives access to trails in the United States. In addition, the private trails on our 800-acre estate give the possibility to practice forest walking, cycling, mountain biking, off-piste snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing.

Three bedrooms each with a queen bed, loft with a twin bed, twin over full bunk beds and a window seat that could be used as a bed for a smaller human. Two bathrooms, kitchen with stove microwave toaster coffee maker silverware, dishes etc. Walking distance to water access on first lake for paddle boards, kayaks etc. 1/2 mile to boat launch
