Three-year-old, Amish-built cabin set in a cabin community on the shores of Lake Erie. Beautiful lake views and sunsets, quiet peaceful, and so much to do. Only a short drive to GOLT/Geneva, historic Ashtabula Harbor, countless local wineries, Spire Institute, etc. While you will not have a lake view from the cabin's porch, you will have access to a private beach within the community. Cheerful 3 bedroom cottage on the Allegheny River

We built the summer cottage in 2006, for a summer home stayed on. We lived in the cottage 8 years when we wanted a bigger house. We love it year around. We are isolated with 3 neighbors (not close) and the river at our front door. Good boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming , hiking, bird watching (with a eagle nest across the river). December through February, it is best if you come with 4 wheel drive. Having said that , we keep the road plowed and the hill sanded.

Inside are two full bathrooms, one with a SPA jet shower panel, overhead heat, and LED mirrors. A Helix Plus King-Size Mattress provides luxurious comfort, and a leather couch sits you in front of a faux-stone electric fireplace, and a 50" Roku HDTV.
