It is located on the ground floor, inside a private courtyard that can be used by cars, therefore with free parking next to the accommodation. The complex is generally quiet and in a strategic position to quickly reach the places of interest, even leaving the car parked, still enjoying peace and quiet. The historic center is a few minutes away by foot.

The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub.
