Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

You can walk to the shops, the market, or the cinema, or hike along the two rivers or on the neighbouring hill-tops. It is a family house, fitted for young children. The garden is fenced and shady.
