beautiful location! the bay beach right outside is so peaceful and was perfect for our toddler. the views are amazing and the neighborhood is so peaceful. apartment was perfect for what we needed. had all amenities. Ronald was so responsive. Walking distance to great restaurants and such a bikable area. our pack and play perfectly fit in this space

We had an amazing time at Hung-Chien's! The apartment was great, super clean, and very close to the subway! Very easy check-in and check-out, and Hung Chien was very responsive and helpful 🙂

I had a great stay here. The unit was just as described, clean and comfortable. There is a short walk and bus ride to NYC that takes about 30-45 minutes, so plan ahead. Nestor was responsive by phone and a great host overall.

Gregory’s unit is very nice, clean, spacious, well appointed and quite comfortable. It works very well for 2 or 3 people. The location is reasonably close to a couple of different subway lines which makes it very easy to get into Manhattan or elsewhere in Brooklyn quickly. There are also coffee shops and restaurants near by. The unit is on the third floor of a lovely old brownstone so there are two sets of steps to climb to get to the apartment. Gregory is a very responsive and helpful host, we recommend his place highly.

This property was fantastic! The location is super walkable to everything Hoboken has to offer and is very walkable to the Path. The home is simply lovely & very welcoming. The outdoor space is perfect for reading a book or sipping coffee. Elgha was very responsive & an excellent host. We will absolutely be back!

A perfect stay in New York! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The accommodation was impeccably clean, extremely comfortable and ideally located in the south of Ludlow Street, right in the middle of a young, dynamic and creative neighborhood. The roof terrace was a real asset, offering a perfect space to relax after a day of exploring the city. The bedding was of high quality, which allowed us to rest well. Special mention to May, who was very responsive, welcoming and attentive. We will definitely come back during our next trip to NYC. Again, thank you for this great experience!

A unique architectural home built 1955 that’s set on 2 plus acres surrounded by mature hardwoods. Set in a lovely neighborhood. Lots of interesting Art and Literature available to enjoy.I had wanted to stay on several visits but this location wasn’t available. I lucked out for 3 nights and so glad I had the opportunity to. I will definitely book again. Gloria was a responsive host. Instructions were clear and detailed. Lots of closet space in the 3 bedrooms and plenty space, multiple sitting areas. Thank you Gloria.

Clean and comfortable apartment. Worth the price. Well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning works well. At first I was afraid of the area but it was really safe. Close to shops and restaurants. Well connected to Manhattan.

Gabriel’s place is wonderful! My family and I had a great stay. He is extremely responsive (the fastest to respond of any Airbnb host I’ve ever had), was graciously flexible for an early check in, and the place was spotless and newly renovated. The location is perfect for access to the very useful 2 train. Easy ride up to Crown Heights for lots of good restaurants, Prospect Park, etc, and easy to get into Manhattan.

Probably the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Althea’s place was super cute, had everything we could have needed, was in a safe neighborhood and easy parking- would definitely stay there again if in the area!

The place was easy to find. Check in was a breeze and the host was very communicative. The house was exactly what we were looking for and was able to accommodate a large group, clean and on a quiet street. Would definitely come again.

Bertie was the best host! Super responsive, super helpful, and extremely accommodating. Stay was just as pictured, very close to the train station, and we felt very safe the whole time we were there. Will definitely stay again!

Very clean and had space for all 10 of us. Loved the rooftop views. Would recommend you ask for the actual address a few days before check in. The published address is not the actual location and we didn’t get it until noon the day of check in( which due to lack of signal we didn’t get it until after check in time). This caused some stress as we had already booked transportation to the original address and had to walk to the actual location( which was not a safe walk). With proper communication this would have been the perfect stay. Would recommend, just ask for the actual address before to decrease stress, again it was given at noon that day, ahead of check in, I just didn’t have signal.

Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . We loved our stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-stocked, and located in a charming part of Hoboken. We would definitely stay again.

Such a nice place and nice decor inside and out of the apartment. Parking can be a little tricky but I left my car outside and everything was fine. Perfect place specially for a group of more than 2 people.

Stayed with my father and enjoyed an extremely comfortable Airbnb stay. Freda was prompt and accurate, making check-in and communication effortless. The home was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged, with clear instructions throughout. We loved the calming living room view of the spacious lawn and trees. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore.

We stayed here for a month and have family in the area. The location is great, easy access to groceries, Mamilton Park, the shopping district and delightful historic blocks of townhomes and brownstones. And, there a great wine shop across the the park where Pavonia Ave has been turned into an outdoor dining plaza. I personally like the upstairs downstairs living which makes the apartment easy for two. The kitchen is very nicely designed and stocked with all the accessories and great refrigerator and stove. The owners are right here and easy to communicate with. Access was a cinch. This is a great spot to hang out.

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far!
