Holiday rentals with a pool in Conde

This was my second stay at this house, and once again, everything was impeccable. The space is exactly as described, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is excellent, and the host is always very attentive and available. It was great to be back here.

Mr. Jordão was extremely attentive, solicited and patient with me and my family. The house is very good and well-equipped. The negative point of the stay ended up with me that I didn't notice the open gate at an exit from the condominium, which ended up generating some discomfort for the neighbors. But Mr. Jordão maneuvered the situation brilliantly warning me and calmed the condominium staff. I returned as quickly as I could to repair my misunderstanding. Outside to that was all very quiet. Thank you for so much!

My family and I love our stay, home as in the photos, super cozy, well-equipped kitchen, Fabrícia always helpful, flexible check in and checkout, place close to everything, we love, only what bothered and that is not the fault of the host, it is that there are many mosquitoes of the place, other than that, perfect!!

Perfect house, better than expected, clean house, with all the necessary and very comfortable utensils, close to the beaches, markets and restaurants, we have no complaints to make was perfect our stay, the hosts super attentive and requested, we will surely come back more often!!!

Wonderful location close to all the beaches of the south coast, very attentive with everything, quick to respond to us, very helpful. Wonderful location, super recommended, I'll be back more often. The only point is that if you go with children, there is no washing machine, but with the sun that does it, it's not a problem.

Isabella is the husband were very helpful, they answered the request quickly and did everything to make the house ready. I believe that the stay is much better than in the photos, a wonderful environment for family gatherings. It's well worth it, you can book that you won't regret it.

Excellent location, with easy access to the beach, I especially thank Adrianol for allowing the late check-out, which made our stay much easier. The beauty of the beach with access through the condominium makes up for everything! And the pool is a plus. A tip: it's best to stop by the market before you arrive, because at night it's a little difficult to get food delivered. I recommend it.

Mayara is very solicitous, attentive. The site surprised me positively because I thought it had fewer establishments around. I forgot the towel but it was easy to buy there. The apartment has several kitchen items, fundamental. The ecological trail is quiet. To the left side of the beach, walking a 30 minute walk to Barra do Gramame and to the other side, a little further reaches the beach of love. Paradise location. It would surely return.

The apartment is spacious, well ventilated and well equipped. Its location is excellent both for the region of the exuberant Barra do Gramame and, a few kilometers away, for the Farol do Cabo Branco, which is the main tourist spot in the city. So, have a good stay, as I did.

Very organized apartment, well-equipped kitchen, the pool very clean the educated staff. Beaches are close to the AP. Quiet place😀 Only a little far from the center, but for those with a car, it's not a problem.

These were wonderful days. Mônica is a very kind host and always available. The apt that she made available to us is organized, very clean and has all the necessary utensils and appliances. The place is quite ventilated and even to sleep without air conditioning and has an incredible view. The condominium is quiet with a very good pool but that needs a deeper cleaning in the grooves because it joins, but nothing that will hinder a good bath. My daughter liked the game room, playground and played a lot in the area. The janitor responsible for the condominium, Fernando, is super good people, available and polite. A 10 for him. A point that can improve is in relation to the shower in the 1st floor bathroom that opens the tap and the shower from the bottom of the water is missing or it is very weak and the refrigerator that needs maintenance because it is not cooling efficiently. I intend to return at another time because I felt very safe and comfortable.

Great local town we arrived on a Sunday ☀️ already it was that yummy sound all excited was wonderful, very receptive we adore Mr.Gregorio super gentle cheerful smiling his wonderful family was a wonderful checkin we love the astral up, great airy house, only hears a problem in the bathroom of the suite but nothing that debauched 5 stars

Mirian's place is excellent, two bedrooms being a suite with air conditioning, a social bathroom, the living room is spacious, kitchen is outside the standards for apartment, large and well ventilated, a huge balcony with c sea views and a lazy hammock to lie down and relax. Well equipped kitchen, I didn't feel the need for anything, I rented it for 30 days, and felt totally at home, the biggest problem was wanting to go back to my apartment. The place has no restaurants nearby, but with a car everything is resolved. There is a trail that goes to the beach, which is not busy, but with the low tide you walk quietly to the beaches of Barra de Gramame and the beach of love. For those who want to escape the noise of the city and want a place of tranquility, there is no better place. My best month, I recommend it!!!
